This Arbnb/Hotel is a scam!!!Everything is disgusting, everything is too dirty, there are long hairs everywhere, stains of all colors on the sheets, in the bathroom, even the dishes were dirty!!! it's a lack of respect on the part of these people to rent an apartment when on agoda it looks like it's a great luxurious place, but once you get there it's horrible, it's a nightmare!!! There is no receptionist, it is impossible to get to the right tower all at once, an hour after calling ten thousand times to ten thousand different numbers there are young boys who arrive to take you a deposit of 500,000 and to give you the keys without speaking English, without explaining anything, without saying absolutely anything!!! On top of that the night costs around €40 NON-REFUNDABLE whereas in Indonesia it is to have a 5 star luxury hotel! We don't understand how Agoda allows this nonsense towards foreign tenants! We had to leave the same night because the whole apartment was deplorable.

You will be charged a deposit of 500k.At checkout suddenly there was a notification that I violated 3 items (stained mattress, 2 dirty towels) so I was charged a total of 300k. Dirty towels don't make sense, even though they're only used for bathing and I don't use them for mud baths, right? They said it was for laundry, I attached the proof. The price is quite affordable. Nice place with views of the city at night. The thing that I don't like about staying here is that I can hear sounds from the next room, namely people having sex, chatting and snoring. Honestly, it makes me uncomfortable. The room insulation is really bad. AC remote, TV often crashes, I don't know if it's the battery or what. The stove cannot be used. I've always stayed in a place where I can hear the sound of people having sex like this. Honestly, it makes me not even want to feel like I'm just lazy and after the climax, the sound of snoring is fully audible. The rest I can't give a review yet because I was here last night and still have another night here.

Disappointed & give up staying here. Especially the pic management. Communication is not clear, procedures are only given via WA, the guest also has to contact first, when picking up/meeting guests it's not them themselves but like the OB who, when asked about the property, tells us to ask the manager ourselves via WA. The deposit money wasn't immediately returned, the bill was said to be transferred in the evening after CO, even up to H+1 there had been no refund & no confirmation at all, as soon as I checked out the pic disappeared & didn't respond when contacted... guests had to chase. This is not just a nominal matter, but a matter of initiative & ethics. There wasn't a single word of apology & thank you from management to the guests.. Cleanliness may also need to be paid more attention, the mattress & sheets made it itchy & the skin became bumpy, the toilet also had some leaks.. The staff was unhelpful & unfriendly..
