Catastrophic hotel I have no idea how booking can offer this hotel I paid twice for the same room on the same day I never got a response again I strongly advise against anyone adding a little more and going elsewhere disgusting sorry thermal bath my there are no other words ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ race results I paid twice for the room and in the end I left for another hotel after staying 3 hours in it it's flight at the price buy an aunt and sleep outside it will be more practical

Very far from the center, but it has its advantages, there are beautiful places near a river and a place to relax.. I can’t say anything good about the rooms.. no service.. self-service

The health department should take a look at this!! Strong mold in the rooms, the other hygiene standards leave something to be desired, something like that shouldn't be allowed by law. Plus unfriendly staff… 0/10

A real disgrace in dealing with guests and also incorrect data protection procedures! I wanted to check in on a Saturday morning and the reception wasn't open. Then, as the note on the door said, rang the doorbell, no response, quick shopping back, 2nd attempt again, no response, called three times at lunchtime, either busy or my call was immediately rejected. Then in the afternoon after the 6th attempt I finally got someone on the phone and was told I wanted to come in the morning. That's right, I was there twice and reported it as requested by the hotel, but if the hotel staff didn't budge. Then I came back in the evening after work and found zeilerwirtschaft.in my bedroom. I should call the number where no one answers the phone anyway or you'll be pushed away. I should then also sign the data protection read on the accommodation voucher. I deleted the line because I received no information about data protection, neither verbally nor in writing, so no signature. The hotel room wasn't great for the price but it was ok, although there was no cleaning staff there either. All in all, only for those who like to use the phone a lot since you're busy making phone calls to the reception staff all day long. I personally don't have the time (work) or desire to do that. Impossible hotel not recommended!

A Hotel Garni says nothing about the condition of the rooms, as there are also 4 star Garni Hotels. As a rule, there is only breakfast and no warm meals. The free late checkout is certainly a nice offer, but I didn't take advantage of it and this isn't it eitherwould have done voluntarily.

First room 43 clean and tidy. Elevator is wheelchair accessible. Stairs are difficult to walk. I've slept very well so far, but an additional blanket in the room would be appropriate or bed linen appropriate to the season. There is snow outside and there is only a hint of blanket on the bed. I was cold. Breakfast fills you up but there is nothing fresh. Everything out of packaging. No fruit, no vegetables, no cereal.Second room 16 very small. Shower cubicle placed in the room. Small toilet but sufficient. Small bed. Walls with disgusting stains. There is a curtain but it's too small to darken it and there was smoking. Rejected. Got a new third room 44 and was happy again.Otherwise, well located in terms of access. Shopping options available. There is a blind on the street side. WiFi available free of charge.Room 42 also spacious. However, you have to sit carefully on the chairs so that they don't break. The table could also be replaced, the veneer is coming off in all places. It's better to leave the ventilation in the bathroom if you don't want to have a smokehouse. The bathroom should also be renovated, dear Alfa team. The tiles will soon fall off the wall here and something could be done to the shower rail. The bed is not a double bed but 2 beds put together. With a huge gap between the two. But it's very good. Unfortunately, the bed wasn't even made properly for the last 3 nights. Breakfast has recently stopped being available. The requirements that the hotel has to meet are too great. How do other hotels do it?
