Okay for an overnight stay. It would have been nice to know in advance that it is a pet-friendly hotel. Because animals everywhere and in every room (which is equipped with carpet) is difficult when you travel with allergy sufferers. There was also an arrogant lady at the reception who didn't really understand our concerns.

Great hotel in the shopping center and 5 minutes walk from the train station. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Air a bit dry but you can open windows. Bacon & Eggs breakfast is truly the best on earth!

Dogs are welcome, but you have to drive a bit for a nice dog running route. Breakfast times and breakfast are great.Despite being close to the train station, totally quiet.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for the second time after 2023 at the end of August. The IBB Hotel Ingelheim has beautifully furnished and modern rooms. Everything was very clean and good beds with different pillows to choose from. The bathroom with shower/toilet and sink is also modern and very clean. We chose this hotel as a good base to explore the beautiful surroundings with their wine festivals.The employees in all areas are very friendly and the hotel manager, Ms. Schmitz, also likes to personally look after her guests. The hotel is also very dog ​​friendly.On Sunday, before we left, we enjoyed the good and rich breakfast buffet with regional products, which offered everything you would expect in a hotel in this category. There is a high-quality water dispenser on the 4th floor that you can use to fill the glass carafes in the room free of charge.We felt very comfortable again and would love to come back!

The room and bathroom were nicely decorated. Everything seems very new. You can get carbonated or non-carbonated water at any time in the breakfast restaurant, and there is an empty bottle in your room.At breakfast you can get pots of filter coffee from the buffet if you don't want to wait in line at the coffee machine. The only downside was that the breakfast restaurant was so full at nine o'clock on Sunday morning that some guests had to queue for seats.

It was our first time in this beautiful hotel with very nice and friendly staff. The room is very nice, clean and quiet. The shower is also very clean and very good. The breakfast for 14.00 euros is excellent. The hotel is very close to the center and the train station. We were very satisfied! Many many thanks!
