I used to be a guest here quite often. Unfortunately, the cleanliness has deteriorated significantly recently. Last night I discovered three cockroaches in my room...It's a shame - it was otherwise a great hotel...

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center; various restaurants, cafés and bars can be reached within 5 - 10 minutes on foot. The monastery ruins (festival location) can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The room was clean but very warm on the sunny side. There is no air conditioning.The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there is no one on site at night.There is no bar, nor a minibar in the room. There is a vending machine in the hallway that takes coins and bills. Unfortunately there are no glasses in the room.The breakfast is ok. There is only one coffee machine which causes a long queue when busy.

We had a wonderful time at B&F Bad Hersfeld Neumarkt! The central location is unbeatable – just a few minutes’ walk from the famous monastery ruins. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town and can easily reach all the sights on foot. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with friendly staff and excellent service. I can only recommend it to anyone visiting Bad Hersfeld!

They've got the sinks in the main room instead of the with the wc + shower. Since I've forgotten my toiletries before that's a good thing.

This time the standard chosen was the atrium. It couldn't be quieter. I haven't even heard the noise from the A4 that is familiar to Hersfeld.

The hotel is located in the middle of Bad Hersfeld. The parking garage can be used for parking. I can't say anything about the rooms because I was there for a seminar. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, the food during the breakfast and coffee breaks was very good. One point is deducted because the reception was not fully instructed. Taking lunch and validating the parking tickets was only possible after consultation and a little discussion. There should be better consultation here. Otherwise I can absolutely recommend this hotel. I also spent the night there now. The rooms are very functional, clean and well furnished. The breakfast is very rich.

Was here for a few days to stay overnight. I thought the breakfast was great, lots of choice and good tea/coffee. Lunch, on the other hand, was unfortunately not my taste at all... even for our friends who don't eat pork, there was little at breakfast and the same at lunch...I would have liked more alternatives for the others.Or the possibility of having one or two rolls to take away would have been great.Bed was relatively hard. As everyone writes, the sink was in the room, but I didn't think that was a big deal. Unfortunately, my room wasn't that clean, especially the floor. Luckily I took slippers with me.All in all, I think the hotel is actually okay.
