The room itself was quite niceHowever, what I didn't like at all was the breakfast thingThe four of us were asked if anyone wanted something and when I said no, either everyone had breakfast or no one at allI found that really cheeky for the price of €65 per double room plus €6 breakfastFurthermore, the socket was not secure so you had to be careful when pulling out the cableIn addition, you could have at least emptied the trash can after 2 days.And last but not least ..... we wanted to leave 1 night earlier but the landlord insisted that she be paid last nightThere was also a call to the boss where the breakfast thing was presented in such a way that nobody wanted anything and I think that is more than audaciousWhen we arrived the day before and called the boss, we were told that we wanted to take the keys with usOn top of that, they wanted to tell me where to park and I find that a bit of a messI can't recommend this guesthouse, at least because of the human aspect

Clean rooms, good mattresses, friendly hosts, dogs allowed, breakfast great. Garden very nice, what more could you want. I'll be back. Good starting point for excursions by bike, on foot or by car. Highly recommended.

easy to contact, very friendly on-site support, rooms are large and clean, apartment very decent size at a great price, plenty of parking spaces available, very rich breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, conveniently located but still quiet, good lounge areas inside and in the large garden

Wifi is mostly not working. Manny noise in the morning started at 6:00, at 7:00 much louder. Towels smell bad.

I was in the guesthouse with a friend from Friday to Saturday and can only recommend it. Good room and private bathroom, with everything you need and a great breakfast the next morning.Very nice owner of the guesthouse, should we need somewhere to stay overnight in the region again, we will definitely come here again.

We loved our stay at Erpetal Pension B&B. Very nice and friendly host. Rooms are lovely and clean with all the facilities we need.Very good breakfast with lots of choices, yogurts, muesli, ham and cheese platter, jams etc. The host very attentive, made sure we had everything we wanted.Very picturesque and quiet village, perfect for a walk in the evening.I recommend this lovely place, we will be staying again.

Lovely people. Always go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are very clean and a good size. The village is nice and quiet and perfect for a walk in the evening or a run in the morning. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, and it is a perfect way to start your day.

A very nice and accommodating host welcomed me. The location is great, the garden invites you to chill out. The rooms are OK, but rooms 5 and following are under the roof and it's certainly not bearable there in the summer. The breakfast was nothing special. Overall a good price-performance ratio. I can definitely recommend it.

Actually everything is perfect. Restaurant directly opposite. But get there early otherwise the kitchen is closed. In the morning you can hear the main road with the window open. Secure bicycle parking space. Very good breakfast.

The guesthouse is in a small village with a beautiful rural area. We were warmly welcomed.The rooms are quite ok, everything is clean, but also everything is very rustic.The breakfast is rich and delicious.Unfortunately you can't pay for the room with a card, the reason for this is probably the extremely bad uninvited guests in the area. Unfortunately, WiFi is practically unusable because you cannot connect due to weak reception.
