Very dirty, a garbage bag at the entrance greeted us😂 even reception was dusty (see photo). Air conditioning didn't work.We waited a long time at the reception because the woman was still looking for a room that was ready for occupancy, even though it was already 12 o'clock (check in time), everything had to be ready for occupancy...The room was really a joke, very warm, a big brown-yellow stain in the shower...soap dispenser dusty, mirror stained...light in the room was also very strange, in the dark purple colors😁At breakfast a woman (receptionist?) looked at me and my friend strangely and asked: which rooms do you have with us? I found it disrespectful to look at us as if we were homeless.🫠 The selection of food at breakfast was very limited, only one type of sausage and cheese...Conclusion: 1/5 stars, if necessary you can check in if you really don't have a choice and don't want to spend the night sleeping on the street, otherwise you're looking for something better.

It wasn't the first time we visited the B&B Kassel-City. This time we were satisfied again.Early check-in worked without any problems. Employees always friendly.Rooms equipped with everything you need in everyday life and clean.We also slept well - found it quiet.Unfortunately, the comfort rooms lack storage space, e.g. for suitcases and backpacks. Maybe this can be adopted from the “old room” standards...?Breakfast is also sufficient - everyone will find what they're looking for and be full here.Hotel centrally located - about 15 minutes walk to the city. Or take the tram stop nearby.Just a small note to the B&B team: You value sustainability etc. Please pay more attention to ensuring that the light in the breakfast room is turned off in the afternoon when it is no longer needed. In the last few days it has been noticeable again and again that the lights are on there in the afternoon and evening, even though it was locked. Protects the climate and ultimately saves money :)

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and functionally furnished.Unfortunately the hotel lacks cleanliness. The toilet is only cleaned superficially. The moving parts on the toilet are not raised, so you are greeted by the urine of the previous person. In addition, the previous tenant's hair is still in the bathroom. Then we move on to the window. This hasn't been wiped over in a while. The spiders feel comfortable inside and the outside is frosted glass from the dirt. When complaining, they try to settle the complaint with vouchers worth 10 euros. Sorry, but I won't be coming back!In addition, the hotel is very noisy. It is located directly on a 4-lane main road. Parking spaces are available free of charge. Breakfast is for the priceOK. Everything is there.In any case, there are enough for the priceAlternatives.

I would like to leave a good rating because I wouldn't actually have anything to complain about if it hadn't been for this one incident last night and I would like to use the low rating as an underline to bring about an improvement in the following problem:A man who appeared to be drunk and confused was sitting in the stairwell and harassing me and other guests in the hotel. He also threw around a remote control that may have caught your eye. At least I saw her lying on the reception desk when I left the hotel this morning. The fact that guests are left to their own devices late in the evening, at night, until early in the morning is very worrying. It was also possible to get through the front door without the usual check-in using a code, while the reception was no longer occupied. This may be a relief for guests, but it also allows access to any unauthorized person.

I stayed at the B&B Hotel Kassel-City for one nightPositive:▪︎ Clean room▪︎ Central location▪︎ good breakfastNegative:▪︎ Hotel is VERY noisy, you can hear as soon as someone else is talking or walking in the hallway.▪︎ There is a gas station next to the hotel, people with loud cars probably like to meet there at night.Conclusion:▪︎Good for 1-2 nights as you don't get much sleep as it is extremely noisy.▪︎ the price is reasonable.

We stayed as a family in a triple room. Overall we were very satisfied. Easy parking, clean room and highly recommended breakfast. In addition, very friendly staff at the reception. Very good value for money. The only point of criticism (which has already been complained about by others): The room was a bit noisy towards the hallway. For less considerate guests, this can be a bit disturbing at night (doors slamming, conversations in the hallway...).

I had booked for 2 nights at the B&B Hotel Kassel City because a friend had recommended the B&B hotel chain to me. Unfortunately, I was surprised by the opposite. The staff is young and very friendly and the check-in went smoothly. The fact that the rooms can be opened with a number code is also a + in my opinion. When I got to the room I thought to myself "yes, it's a small room with a double bed that's enough for a weekend". But when I got into the bathroom I looked straight away There was a spot of mold in the corner of the shower. Of course it can happen and be overlooked, but it shouldn't. In the morning I went to breakfast and was rather disappointed with the offer as there were only 2 offers of sausage. Of course there was enough muesli and fruit salad, but that's not everyone's thing. Unfortunately the next morning it was the same, so I would have liked a little more variety. WiFi and some SKY programs are free, which is very positive, as it's not available everywhere. Checking out went smoothly.

Not ideally located. The environment is quite loud.The rooms were inadequately cleaned when we moved in. The toilet was in a condition that doesn't work at all. It was turned off quickly, but the promised credit was no longer received. Otherwise, the - now and then familiar - narrow mattresses were also used here.The staff is friendly and helpful.Unfortunately not recommended due to inadequate cleaning.

Overall okay.I just think that the price-performance ratio is not right.I paid around €330 for three nights with breakfast.I don't really know what justified this price in retrospect.And I am a very realistic man.Overpriced in the end, but I chose it.

The hotel is quite modern, the rooms are clean and the location is quite ok. However, the service left a lot to be desired:- The young guy at the reception had no idea what he was doing. The room price was debited from the company credit card without asking, even though it was only deposited as security. It took him three attempts to issue the invoice to the correct address that was specified as the billing address in the reservation. My colleague's bill included three breakfasts for one night's stay.- The breakfast buffet was extremely clear in terms of selection. In addition, you had to explicitly ask the service person to refill the empty plates. The size of the plates and juice glasses were more suitable for the dollhouse.

A decent hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are small but functional and good. Free parking, lots of charging stations! There are also two gas stations right around the corner.The city center is easy to reach on foot. Breakfast simple, but completely sufficient and ok.
