If there were zero stars, that would be my choice. But there isn't. Therefore only one. Reason: We booked with Booking. Confirmation was there, arrival time was given. When we got there, no one answered the door when we rang the doorbell. There was no one there. There is no phone number on Google, nor the one on Booking. Conclusion: After 2.5 hours of waiting, ringing, calling and knocking and calling Booking, we moved to another hotel. The house looks uninhabited and run down, very suspicious. Incredible!

Please do not stay in this hotel. The hotel is a ruin and is above a bar that plays loud music until 5am - so no chance of sleeping. The hotel is so run down and they charge high prices for absolutely nothing. …

Because it was a trade fair, we paid 170 euros for a room that was worth a third at best. In return we got pure retro charm. Only the television was from this millennium. There wasn't even a bedside lamp. There were more disused sockets than working ones. The internal organization was the day before yesterday. When we left, the power went out in the room. But there was no one there who could fix it.

I had a single room. The building is in half-timbered style. There are pubs and restaurants downstairs and in the neighborhood. At night I put on my headphones and hypnotized myself with a hypnosis program so much that I woke up the next morning in a good mood and was truly convinced that I was surrounded by people. Then when I went out to have a coffee, the disillusionment came, almost everywhere Bratwurst eaters and their low mental level. But no matter, in the evening I simply deleted the bridal sausage eaters from my memory

WARNING!!! Just something to unwind from the intoxication. If you just need a vomit bowl, you're in good hands here.If I could give 0 stars, I would have.Room dirty, bathroom like in prison. Torn fittings, mold in the corners, shower curtain rotting for 10 years. Bar noise like I've never experienced before. Not possible to sleep until 5am. The next morning the street looks like it did after the war. Glass, kebab, vomit and all other bodily fluids spread across.0 stars!

Smell of stale cigarettes throughout the place. Red carpet soiled in rooms. Cigarette burn marks on furniture in room. Looked as if it could be rented hourly. Noisy bars on street below. Lasted to 3AM on a Thursday. Felt unsafe. Never again!

I recommend (under certain conditions) this address with a very good price-performance ratio. The hotel is located in a very noisy area at night so if you want to sleep peacefully you will have to choose another area! It's not the hotel's fault, it's the neighborhood that is like this. Very (very very) lively area at night, lots of bars and lots of restaurants.... And the atmosphere that goes with it! Otherwise the hotel has the charm of the old. A few small facial details to correct but for the price it's really very good. The welcome is warm and it is very pleasant. The wifi is impeccable. I came consciously and therefore satisfied with my stay.

This is really the last resort. There is no breakfast (probably wouldn't eat it anyway 😆) and no promised bar like it says on the internet. You can't even buy drinks. Poor for a hotel. You can take this so you don't have to drive home and sleep off your intoxication. There were burn holes everywhere in the room, wallpaper ripped off, etc.

Attention, the page advertises breakfast, bar, etc. There isn't even anything to drink. OK for an overnight stay, but not for longer. The house is too noisy and the audience behaves accordingly for the price. There was noise in the room and in the hallway all night long. The only TV on is the public ones, i.e. ARD and ZDF etc

We were looking for an affordable option in the immediate vicinity of the “experience restaurants” in Alt-Sachsenhausen. Check-in was a bit adventurous. We were called in advance and they wanted to “suggest” a different arrival time. Then I said, we'll be there in about 30 minutes and that's it. When I arrived, the background became clear to me. The employee spoke neither German nor English. You would then have to speak on your cell phone with a person who could speak rudimentary German. Annoying, but doable. Had the last room, at the top of the 3rd floor. Instead of 3 single beds we booked we had a double and a single bed. Price is probably ok, for example in the Gallus district you can get a much better standard for less. Cleanliness passable, a bit dusty, stains in the carpet and on the ceiling. Perfect for a party weekend, but not for families or romantics. Fall over twice and you're in bed from Upper Bavaria. The way to the 3rd floor can sometimes be very adventurous; tall people should pay attention to their heads.
