There was hair hanging on the walls in the shower,The beds were so worn out that you felt like you were just going to fall through.About the location: Close to the train station, I wouldn't like to stay outside at a later time.But nice people at the reception.

Good value. However there are some things to consider with any good deal, there was a rusty knife on our balcony, the AC is not that strong, but they do have a small fridge, kettle, water, and other expected stuff like that. Great budget value. The area is near the Frankfurt train station, which should tell you all you need to know. Scary area.

We arrived in the evening and it took an hour to get booked in. Had a bad feeling about things then. We ended up being put in room 702. What a rubbish room. The roof sloped downwards which meant that we were bending down most of the time to move around. I’m only 172cm and ended up banging my head on the roof on numerous occasions. The fridge had unfinished takeaways in it. The mattresses were that soft and sloped inwards causing us to end up in the middle. The air conditioning did not work and the sink soap container was empty. The room we believed we were getting was not the one we got. Don’t get 702.

this dump doesn't tell you that they do not allow ANY changes to your reservations no matter how far in advance and no refunds!!! and hotels dot come don't make it obvious either. you would think hotels.com would want to look out for their customers?

Very nice hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk from Frankfurt main station. We had a modern, large room, good beds and totally helpful, friendly staff at reception.In the room there was a microwave, kettle, cups, coffee and a fridge. There was also a safe there.The breakfast was rich. There was sausage, cheese, bacon, sausages, meat salad, salmon, peppers stuffed with cream cheese, scrambled eggs, pancakes, eggs, rolls, cake croissants, muesli, yogurt, honey and jam.There are still opportunities for improvement:1) Some rooms have extremely soft mattresses, which can be a problem for heavy people.2) Towel racks should be added to the bathroom.

Avoid. The hotel itself lacks comfort and the relaxing vibe you would hope for. The rooms are small, boxy and uncomfortable. The bed was two singles pushed together making a gap down the middle and meant for broken sleep. …

Location is centrally located at the main station, if you know what you're getting into in the train station district it's really great.However, the room is anything but great. Dirty shower and incredibly soft beds that consist of 2 mattresses and therefore slide left and right of the bed. Unfortunately, there was no staff to be found at check-out even after 20 minutes, so the room cards were simply put down.

I'm booking (via Booking) 3 nights for work!I call to add a night, they tell me on the phone you have to do it through the system, that's exactly what I did!To my great surprise, they canceled the reservation but they charged me €216 from the card!!!!!! So the payment is gone.I call them explaining that the reservation has been canceled? They tell me, no ma'am you can come, the reservation is not canceled.On D-day on site, no reservation…..I had to manage to find other accommodation on site (no apology from them) no refund….and I have been asking for the invoice for a month to justify the amount they debited my company NOTHING! So for me they are thieves!!!!! If they are not even able to give me my invoice or reimburse me, they are thieves and profiteers.I will not hesitate to report myself everywhereShame on you

Absolutely terrible hotel, dirty rooms, hair and dust on the floor, sticky surfaces, horrible smell from the pipes, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, the worst is the location, very unsafe and dangerous streets near the train station, walking at night is a nightmare and a safety hazard, lots of drug addicts, homeless people, drug dealers and comforts near casinos and bars, avoid at all costs.

It's in the middle of town. The central station and Frixbus bus terminal are close by. The airport is also close. I like that the facility is clean and spacious. It has a Daemyung Resort feel, with a mini kitchen and a large and clean bathroom.

Great hotel, neat entrance reception and bar. Room neat and clean. Good beds and linen. In the center, so close to everything. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Parking is difficult, there is a covered parking garage 300 meters away

At the counter at noon local time on 5/27, the staff was not very friendly. The advertisement said there was free coffee, but the employee said it was broken and they didn't know how long it would take to fix it.There was a woman next to the counter (where the counter stood) who scoffed while we asked questions. I asked her what she was laughing about and she said she wasn't an employee there, I was curious, isn't that where employees can stand at the counter? Doesn't the company have control? After all, the computer has your customer information system and cashier.A city tax of 4 euros is charged on site.The sink in the room does not drain well, the toilet pipes are smelly, and the environment is not clean enough because the bed is itchy all the time.Apart from the good location, I really don’t recommend it.
