Hotel of a very high standard both figuratively and literally. A towering building, new, modern and amazing view from above. The rooms are clean and the service excellent. We had access to the level, which was an awesome experience, having access to coffee, drinks, soft drinks and snacks all day. One of our top picks in Frankfurt, having stayed at other accommodations in the city.

Mediocre.- slow service, at reception and restaurants- difficult to contact, never answered the phone and had to call through call centre to get a simple request- impossible to retrieve forgotten items- impossible to reach housekeeping- mediocre housekeepingI would not recommend to stay here unless you have a membership with this chain and get upgraded — as long as you get as low service touch-pints as possible, the better.Great premises but awful, incompetent service.

The room was really nice and the view, but room service was not available after 10 calls, as well as reception.... when we left in the morning it was said that not everything would be charged (2x snacks from the minibar) and in the end everything was deducted....It's a shame... We were also disappointed at breakfast and wanted to order something from the menu that was on the table, unfortunately the staff completely ignored us. The staff at the reception also spoke German to their colleague and English to me even though I spoke German with her.... unfortunately they were very disappointed

The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable.We regret that we did not have information regarding the opening of the rooftop for breakfast because the view is very beautiful.Be careful, parking is extremely expensive, €43 per night and if you make a return trip you also pay extra.

Modern, impeccably maintained hotel 10 min from downtown FRA. Spacious rooms done just right in terms of lighting, amenities and views. It's rare to have a hotel hit all the notes right. If you book, don't forget to also visit the Natural History Museum next door, Ione of the best in the world.

Unfortunately my stay was charged twice on my card. I then contacted the hotel by phone. I was assured by phone that the amount was just a pre-authorization and would not be debited. However, this was incorrect information. So I contacted the hotel again. I was then told on the phone that a mistake had been made and that they wanted to credit me back with the incorrectly debited amount. However, almost 1 month after my stay, this has still not happened and I am still waiting for my money. An email I sent last Wednesday also went unanswered. One thing is certain: such mistakes shouldn't happen for the first time. However, if they do happen, then it should be in the hotel's interest to get rid of them as quickly as possible. For this reason I cannot recommend the hotel to anyone. You should treat your customers differently. Personally, I will avoid this house in the future.And I can't recommend it to you at all. Unless you want to deal with the hotel afterwards because it doesn't manage to keep its accounting properly.

The worst Melia hotel I've stayed in so far.The building itself, the rooms (Level Junior Suite) and the view are excellent in terms of appearance and size. And that was the positive thing.In the room, the switches are pure guesswork. I only discovered the switch(es) for the ceiling lights in the bathroom on the last day - they had to stay on at night. The switch for the toilet is located around 7m behind the toilet when viewed from the bed. So it's a little hike every time.A glass table is provided as a work table. Has anyone from Melia ever worked on a glass table without a support? The sockets at the desk have to be looked for first and can only be reached by rearranging the furnishings.You can only watch TV from bed. It is not possible to turn the television into the correct seating area.The biggest joke, however, is the level lounge. Too small for the size of the hotel. Offer leaves a lot to be desired. Quote from the hotel description: "You can expect... a selection of exquisite wines" - you can choose from 1 white wine and 1 red wine. And these don't even come from Spain, which is what I expect from a Spanish hotel chain.Quote: "From 6:00 p.m. we invite you to create your dream drink at the cocktail bar." - The "cocktail bar" is a corner of the lounge with 7 bottles of alcohol. Sure, there are also non-alcoholic drinks, but you can't "create" more than long drinks.Sustainability: In the Level Lounge, every single slice of salami is offered in a separate bowl - washing the bowls is not exactly sustainable. On the first evening there was a "bed hop" in the room, which consisted of 2 nougat pralines that were packaged several times and were uselessly left behind a mountain of garbage. (see image)Next cheek: €43.00 parking fees per night! In the public parking garage directly in the city (Konrad-Adenauer), parking one night previously only cost €14.00. A little tip: There is free parking opposite the hotel on Westendstrasse. There was plenty of free time on Saturday evening.Aesthetics: On Saturday evening there was an advertisement on the elevators on the ground floor for Sunday brunch the next day. On cardboard that was amateurishly stuck to the wall with green duct tape. 4 times next to each elevator.I did both the check-in and check-out online, which actually worked quite well. The only problem you have is that you don't know where to get breakfast. The app or the TV in the room only says that it is available in "Neu Frankfurt". But you have to find out for yourself which floor this restaurant is on.Conclusion: I don't have to go there again.Tip to those responsible for the level lounge: go to Melia Sevilla and see what lounge is like.Addendum: Communication via email is also a disaster. I recommend that anyone who needs an invoice NOT check out via the app. Because then there is no bill. Already emailed twice - no response. That's better!

I made a booking at this hotel and within minutes realized I had accidentally selected the wrong date. The booking was over a year in advance and I immediately tried to cancel or change the date. Unfortunately, I was informed that free cancellation was no longer possible and that the hotel was already fully booked for the correct date.I am aware that the booking was made through a third party (Booking), but even Booking was understanding and could not understand why the hotel rejected my request so quickly and uncompromisingly. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the problem directly with the hotel, no flexibility or goodwill was shown.To me, such behavior shows that customer service is not taken seriously here. It is truly disappointing that the hotel is unwilling to correct a clear and immediately reported booking error, even though there would be enough time to reoccupy the room.I will definitely not consider booking this hotel again or recommending it.

Charged my card twice and haven't released the authorisation for the second charge.
Also the lights beside the bed flickered constantly which was annoying.
Tried to call the front desk about it but they wouldn't pick up the phone.
