Unfortunately, my grandfather's funeral took us to the estate in Herborn, but it was really incredibly beautiful with you. We come from Hamburg and were thrilled at the first sight. The tables outside are super nice, the “garden” is so well maintained. It was really wonderful, for a moment you were distracted by the reason for the visit. The staff was very courteous, calm and professional. There were also enough people working in service for us; there were around 90 people there. No matter when we wanted something, we were immediately served courteously. The food was really very good, everyone really enjoyed it. The sanitary facilities were also beautifully clean and well maintained, which is something I personally attach great importance to, otherwise you'll lose your appetite even more. I won't say anything about the price because I don't know what the person price was and what was included. I think I can allow myself this assessment because we run a 300-person restaurant in Hamburg and I definitely have more understanding. But as a guest I have nothing to complain about this time and would like to come back the next time my family visits. Many thanks to the team for an unforgettable funeral service.

We booked and booked very spontaneously. I had few expectations and was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and large. The breakfast room is not cozy but the food is excellent. The price-performance ratio is really great!

The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very spacious and clean, although somewhat older in style. There were only limescale stains in the shower. Also positive: There are plenty of parking spaces. Overall a recommended stay.

The whole hotel is a unique gallery. The painted pictures that hang everywhere (corridors, rooms) are beautiful and of course available for purchase. The rooms are cozy, super clean and the service and friendliness are top notch. You can eat really delicious food in the restaurant and although it is a steak restaurant, there is of course something to please every palate, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. The location around it doesn't fit at all with this wonderful location of the hotel/restaurant. But if you are a guest there, every square centimeter of this area is an idyll and oasis of well-being and you immerse yourself for a while in another world that is intended for relaxation. This hotel impresses not only with its well-kept appearance. The interior spaces follow seamlessly from the first impression of the hotel.The advantage for us is the possibility of bringing our large dog with us.The dog walking options lead into nature in 1-2 minutes.The rooms are absolutely quiet and pleasantly clean.You shouldn't miss the opportunity to book breakfast so you can pamper yourself.Due to its richness, it is sure to suit the tastes of many guests.We will definitely continue to stay loyal to this house as guests and recommend it to others.
