The worst place I have ever visited. The service, especially the owner, was incredibly rude. We waited for nearly two hours for transport in front of the hotel and the owner demanded payment. Payments for staying in front of the hotel! Something absolutely unheard of anywhere in the world!

Top location, old town and park along the Lahn can be reached quickly. The bathroom is very small and you can only use the toilet while sitting sideways. The extensive breakfast buffet advertised leaves a lot to be desired. All discount goods, packaged cold cuts and cheese in small portions, 8 - 10 slices, are refilled upon request, but there is often no staff there. Eggs cold. And you shouldn't have breakfast too late (after 8 a.m.), otherwise there won't be any rolls/bread left.

Nice guesthouse in a quiet location, we were able to sleep with the window open.Cozy room with fridge, super clean.Good breakfast buffet with fresh bread rolls.The employees were on site during the day and very friendly 😊Short walk to the old town about 5 minutes.We would book the guesthouse again at any time.

Central location, small Rooms but clean and quiet.There was nothing missing at breakfast :-) .Parking was free but the entrance was quite narrow.Now the negative: We parked our car in the yard where there were around 10-12 parking spaces available.Unfortunately, my vehicle was 2 cm above the parking line.Later, when I looked out the window, I saw a note on the rear window saying that I should park my car in the white parking line.Apart from my vehicle, there was only one other vehicle in the entire parking lot!!!!I find that pretty ridiculous, if the parking lot was full I would have seen it but like this :-(.That was superfluous and unnecessary and is derogatory.

Nice guesthouse, good location. Friendly service. We'd love to come back.Note that there is no elevator and some of the bathrooms are a bit small, so some rooms may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.Otherwise everything was great!

Accommodated for a short time on a motorcycle tour.In addition to the great breakfast, there was a biker packed lunch to take with you on the way home 💪

I will recommend it to others, whether for private individuals or as a fitter. The rooms are very clean. The rooms have a small minibar, free WiFi and TV. The breakfast is good and there is something for everyone. There is also something for vegans/allergy sufferers for a small surcharge. The staff is very friendly and competent. Since the guesthouse is more than centrally located, there is enough choice for other daily meals, which was great for me as a fitter. Parking options are also provided for people who travel with a large car such as a Sprinter.I was very satisfied with the location and breakfast and will come again as a private person.

Breakfast in the guesthouse is very good and plentiful. Bread rolls are picked up fresh from the bakery every morning. Some rooms have a great view of the Lahn and the old bridge.The rooms are spacious but there is no elevator.WiFi works.

Very nice guesthouse. Good breakfast. Unfortunately, there is a large construction site there and Google Maps guided us in circles three times until we got out of the car and looked for the guesthouse on foot. Then we went to the car and drove there. Entrance to the parking lot is very hidden. Therefore only 3 stars

We were there for 3 nights. As a couple we had a large double room. We liked it, including the breakfast. Quiet, good value for money.Positive:- 13 parking spaces for cars (this and the proximity to the city center were decisive for us in choosing this guesthouse)- Rooms large and clean, modern, walk-in shower- Location: close to the old town- Cathedral + Lahn can be seen when looking out the window- Quality host Wanderbares DeutschlandThere is a point deduction for:- no elevator- TV was on during breakfast; nobody needs that- Breakfast no bread, just rolls and toast. But I didn't ask either. Otherwise good selection.If we come to Wetzlar again, we would book at the Pension Domblick again.
