Since I grew up there in Grünberg, I can't say anything bad. The room was clean, comfortable, showers and toilets all fit. You could get in via the door. Codes everywhere. If I want to go on vacation again then of course everything is on your doorstep. Restaurants, bars, pubs, ice cream parlors, pharmacies everything your heart desires and for a reasonable price

Nice little accommodation without staff very centrally located. Access everything via door codes. Entrance is either via the restaurant or via a rear entrance. The single room was completely sufficient for one night. Since there is no breakfast here, it would be very welcome to have at least a kettle in the room to make coffee/tea. Price/performance fits.

For the price I am extremely disappointed!Room: generally ok!Cleanliness of the bed ok!Carpet dirty and disgusting! Dear landlord, if you buy a few carpets and then put them on the stains, the problem doesn't go away!It smells extremely musty in the room! Sleep was hard to stop because of the smell as you always had the musty smell in your nose! The shower is much too low (my height is 1.56 m) but I didn't think that was the bad thing, it was the towels! I worked in the catering industry for years and the kerchiefs always smelled! Will probably wash together! Not particularly hygienic! But access was very easy and everything went smoothly!BUT EXTREME RENOVATION NEED IS NEEDED!I'm very disappointed with the family room because our daughter was also with us and we didn't dare walk on the carpet! 230€ 2 adults and 1 toddler! Very sad for hygiene!

If you only need a bed for one night, then this is an acceptable place for you. Stat key there is a pin for access to the hotel and the rooms, which makes the journey very flexible. However, the rooms are rather small and very old-fashioned, and some of the bathrooms are not particularly nice. There's nothing wrong with the cleanliness as long as you don't look too closely at the carpet. I was able to look at 4 different rooms, all of which are designed and equipped differently. The pictures here in Maps are of the better rooms. All in all it's getting very old.

People are nice, but a bit difficult to find everything. In my opinion it is not suitable for several people.

Definitely disappointing, no staff on site, instead long email texts with explanations and commandmentsPositive: The location in town was very nice. The room was clean, it was pleasantly quiet.Negative: Access to the rooms is difficult to find. Dark back alley, very difficult to access and very dirty. Lots of bird droppings, almost a meter wide, very dirty. I hadn't seen that yet either. Back entrance blocked by rubbish, five doors, the door to the kitchen of the restaurant below was open and wedged, very awkward with luggage in your hands. Nothing for taller people (approx. 1.90m), doors very low, narrow and narrow stairs and hallways, showering had to be canceled because I had to stand up in one because of the raised shower tray. Approx. 2.05 meters high room, which is also only approx. 2.05m high, is not possible. Parking was advertised in the ad, but there were only public ones in the area with a parking disc and a corresponding path with luggage... If it weren't for the nice operators of the Greek restaurant in the house, who at least knew about it, they were still new to running it restaurants, I would probably have left straight away. And I would have had to argue with the operator about the cancellation. Conclusion: I'm sorry, but I really don't recommend it.

The current Greek restaurant is good in terms of service and also in terms of taste. Come back.

Super price for a room in such beauty! There was a beautiful view nearby and the windows from the room looked directly onto the square. The rooms are clean, spacious, beds are comfortable.
