Rooms good, sanitary facilities old but clean. Windows not soundproofed. Every car sounds like it's driving through the room. It's hard to find peace here. Recovery feels different.That was the first assessment. After the first three nights, the hotel owner approached us and apologized for disturbing the peace. We were assigned a new room, which we gratefully accepted. A gesture that is not a given.Staff: top, friendly, nice, you couldn't wish for better. Food: delicious, wishes and needs are taken into account.

Recommended for one or two nights but definitely not for a vacation. The rooms were very simple, which was a complaint, no heating in the bathroom, the fan didn't work because there was no window and on the second day we had no water early on.If you don't come early for breakfast then you'll be at a disadvantage - no good breakfast selection and hardly any choice.But what was nice was the terrace and friendly service.The food is quite expensive but tasted...

A hotel in absolute silence, very romantically located 🛌 with friendly family owners and delicious Czech home cooking just a few hundred meters from the German border. It is also very worthwhile to delve into the history of the “Maria Hilf Basilica”. Starting point for the highlights of the Zittau Mountains near Neugersdorf. On Tour, Web Lubiger worldviews.

We were there for 2 days, everything was great and friendly but on the 2nd day the breakfast had to be said there was a group of motorcycles (they probably ate everything) there was breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. we arrived at 8 a.m. there was almost nothing left There were still leftovers and nothing was refilled, which was a shame... Otherwise (lunch and dinner) very, very good

A small, quiet place to relax. The hotel is lovingly furnished with interesting little details. The rooms are modernly furnished and nothing is missing. The beds are very comfortable. The host is very welcoming and the waitress is a ray of sunshine. The cuisine is very tasty and nothing is left to be desired. The New Year's Eve party was wonderful with very good food. The meat comes from our own farm, as well as some other vegetables. We were thrilled and will be back.
