It is a simple but cozy room that corresponds to the Schlossmühlen character. It would be even more pleasant if there was a bottle of water, kettle and tea/coffee in the room. The small hotel is located near Borna between Leipzig and Dresden and is therefore absolutely suitable for us. If you want to arrive on Monday, you should buy something to eat beforehand. Most restaurants are closed and the hotel only serves breakfast. Which is absolutely sufficient for the price. Cold cuts, cheese, eggs of your choice, jam, honey, Nutella and juice. Hot drinks full... the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. There is no staff during the day or at night, but there should always be something available by phone. We felt very comfortable there and can recommend it.

Small but nice. I recommend this hotel. Very nice welcome, rooms are clean. We stayed there for two nights with breakfast. Breakfast is sufficient and you are always asked if you would like anything else. Parking is available. I'll be happy to come back, keep it up.

The website is a bit thick. The description and price of the breakfast at 15 euros per person also. Right next to the vitamins on the counter there is a tower of toilet paper. As a welcome, half a liter of mineral water in a tetra pack. The guests used the water from the Mühlgraben to cool the drinks they had brought with them. Unfortunately there was no table at the one bench by the pond. The operators were friendly and tried hard, but seemed overwhelmed by the matter. All in all, welcome without esprit. Maybe it will help you get better. Everything with the best intentions.

Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Old knights' armor is appropriately displayed in the hallways. Opposite is the old castle. If you're lucky you can look around. It's a ruin, very well preserved, but completely gutted inside.

Large parking lot available, nice quiet place in the countryside and by the water. Very friendly welcome, gladly again, the hotel is something different. Breakfast was not used. You can easily get to Leipzig from there by S-Bahn.
