- Value for money rather poor- Sleepless in Sebnitz: extremely noisy - you hear every step and every word of the other guests. We had 3 hours of sleep ;)- Breakfast very spartan- Reception unmanned & no room service during stay. Instead, a camera is running- Room furnishings average. stopped clocks; Shower curtain, the carpet under the laminate is visible (..) ;)- We won't stay there again

Wonderful hotel, clean, comfortable, beautiful, you can order breakfast. There is parking and an outdoor breakfast area. Small veranda for morning yoga. I recommend it, good price and excellent service.

Beautiful place to spend few days on holidays tour. The room has new furnitures and is very clean. There is a parking spot and also a kitchen where you can order breakfast.

Small but very nice hotel....Dear employees who were on site.Breakfast normal and sufficient. Nice and lovingly prepared.Rooms were very clean and well maintained...comfortable beds and very tasteful furnishings.5 stars all around.😘🍀

A nice and clean hotel with good beds.The location is about 20 minutes away from the attractions. There is hardly anything to see in the city. The breakfast is completely sufficient. Gladly again

Family room for 2-3 nights for three people was ok, breakfast was still ok, friendly Czech staff at breakfast, otherwise the reception was unmanned. You shouldn't be overly sensitive to noise, I slept well.

We were very disappointed. Drinks were provided in the room, but unfortunately no glasses. There was no reception to contact; got the key via a code. If you call the phone number provided, you end up in Bautzen. When I asked where the bikes could be stored, I was told that they didn't know the way around Sebnitz.Not enough space in the breakfast room for all guests. Breakfast very poor for the price.

At first glance, the rooms are very cozy and nicely furnished and clean. At second glance, a few little things stand out. For example, the skylight in the bathroom couldn't be completely closed, the clock in the bedroom had stopped, the window frames are black as if with mold and the rooms are very noisy. You can understand almost every word that is spoken in the other hotel room. The breakfast was solid, not gourmet food and a lot of stuff (bee stings, marble cake from a package) but completely okay. As written in other reviews, there are only 6 tables in the dining room in 10 hotel rooms. There are also fewer parking spaces available.Price performance is definitely good and we would come again. The travel time to the main hiking options is approx. 20 minutes.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights and was generally satisfied. The rooms are nicely furnished and the staff is very friendly. When you take a closer look, you notice a few little things, such as the laminate flooring that is not laid properly, clocks that have stopped or a bathroom window that cannot be closed. Rooms are really noisy. We now know the complete life story of our roommates. You should know...

We had a great stay. The house and the rooms are modern and comfortably furnished and clean. Breakfast was absolutely sufficient and delicious for us. The staff is super friendly. All in all highly recommended.

The hotel is well located, you can easily reach the sights of Saxon Switzerland using public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful.The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin so you can hear conversations from neighboring rooms.All in all, the ApartOne Land-Hotel is an absolute recommendation.

Pretty guesthouse, tastefully furnished, small amenities such as fridge, drinks, coffee, kettle available. Four parking spaces for ten rooms are a bit too few, and there are also five tables in the breakfast room, but it worked very well and was enough during our travel period. When it comes to parking, perhaps you can move to unmarked areas a little further down.We found the buffet very sweet and appealing, small selection and yet so sufficient - no overabundance, but people were constantly adding more and asking again and again if we could have something more. Two very nice ladies who took care of everything. Location a bit out of town, which was wonderful for us.No elevator, 4 floors - if you're not that good on foot, you might want to look for a room further down. For us, going up to room 10 was no problem and it paid off with a view🤩Thanks and best regards

The hotel is extremely clean and the stylish furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. The location is also ideal and allows you to easily explore the surrounding area. I can definitely recommend a stay here.

Rooms are very noisy, you can hear other guests in your rooms and in the hallway. Unfortunately, the windows are also not well soundproofed, so you can clearly hear the traffic on the street. Rooms nicely furnished and clean. Breakfast for 11 euros is too expensive, at least for what is on offer.

For the 10 rooms there are clearly not enough parking spaces and far too few seats in the breakfast room. What struck me negatively because it doesn't make sense to me, what and why is there a camera hanging above and therefore in the breakfast room???The stay itself was really very good, beds were fine, we only stayed one night. The breakfast was completely fine and sufficient, if something ran out, the two ladies filled it up again quite quickly.We can't say anything negative, there was a bit of everything available, just not in the extreme abundance like in some large hotels.We thought it was completely fine in today's throwaway society. The room was really nicely decorated, would you say shabby or vintage style? I like that kind of thing.
