It is what it is and that's okay. BUT...As soon as we arrived we were presented with class and flair. Next to the entrance door there is an atmosphere of employees in funky, casual clothing with a glowing cigarette. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The specialists also followed suit at check-in. We were there very early. The staff offered us to check in earlier and experience the adventure ourselves whether the room was cleaned or not. Go upstairs and see if the room is clean. This was followed by a critical look across the hallways. But the critical looks were immediately turned into rapture. The hallway ceilings, partially open, revealed the local plumbing and electrical installations. This was certainly care for the guest. This allowed us to immediately get an idea of the excellent craftsmanship of the local installers. Yes, everything complies with the building regulations... very reassuring. Once in the room, the prepared adventure began in full swing. This odyssey uncovered bizarre, dangerous and heroic moments. The two adventurers entered unknown territory. The felted camouflage floor led the two of them to a practical desk. There's a notepad there, but no pen. The two looked at each other, shrugged their shoulders and moved on. Next to the notepad is the first treasure. In "Indian Jones" style, one of the heroes pounced on a hair that curled dangerously long on the table. “It can happen,” cried the heroine. The two adventurers were briefly distracted by bird droppings on the window, but they continued to move forward. The beds and also the bedside table were of magnificent beauty. The sleeping arrangements, covered with soft, comfortable human hair fur, made both of them groan and invited them to sleep for the night. But comfortable mattresses and pleasant bedding. The sanitary wet room cell, like the other furniture, has the charm and the signs of wear and tear of the artistic period of the early 1970s. The latest exhaust technology is available. The tiles and joints offer enough space to the wall so that enough moisture can be drained behind and under the tiles. It is also commendable that the toilet paper holder was spared. Because the toilet rolls were placed accurately on the holder instead of hanging. The shower also boasts the latest innovative technology. The hand shower moves out of the holder on its own and then moves independently through the shower cubicle in free rotation. Unfortunately, I'm a bit mentally simple and not technically savvy. Because I wasn't able to put the shower back in the desired position. The amateurish wall mount of the hairdryer invites you to move it freely on the wall and reposition it. The TV in the room was mounted on a modern plywood panel. This mount adjusts the angle of the TV to suit the guest's side sleeper angle. Because it was hanging down on the left side. Several channels available and TV in good condition. There were two of us who arrived and we were only given an electronic door card. When asked, the card was claimed in a non-sloppy arm-bending movement. Save energy and release little kinetic energy. That is sustainability and I praise that in today's times. Second card was handed out. After being asked to do so, we promised to return the two cards when we left. There was another example of kinetic laziness. The late shift worker briefly averted his eyes from his cell phone when we asked what kind of drinks we were getting to redeem the welcome drink voucher. "Well drinks without alcohol or with." Then my eyes went back to the cell phone. So we were overfed with information and accepted 2 dusty beer bottles. The breakfast is ok. Enough sausage and cheese available.

Small hotel right on the highway. Recommendation to go for breakfast early, because rolls and other things are not regularly replenished. On my last day, I was only able to have scrambled eggs and yogurt for breakfast at 8:30 a.m., even though I waited 30 minutes for new rolls.

Rooms very simply furnished. Check-in was quick but not welcome. The hotel is very old and urgently needs modernization. Breakfast was very, very meager and not well presented. The end of the curtain rod is stuffed with children's bar paper to prevent the curtain from being pulled out. Definitely not recommended

An outdated hotel. The staff was overworked at times but always friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and good. The outside impression is not appealing. The hotel is located 3 minutes from the motorway in a commercial area. It's very quiet at night. The rooms are simply furnished.

Convenient for the tram stop (about 25 minutes ride from the City Centre) and a popular McDonalds. Arriving after dark, it was not immediately obvious where the door was.  …

Old hotel that needs a clean-up. At least the price is very affordable. The rooms are not soundproofed. stained carpet, bathroom with accessories hanging from the wall, dust visible on the few pieces of furniture. No coffee maker, etc... It's a cheap hotel, OK for one night. An advantage is the proximity of the tram to the historic center of Leipzig (30 minutes) and the motorway.
