Fine cuisine that is particularly delicious, tasteful and surprising. It's a little more expensive than others, but it's definitely worth it.

Wide view of Radebeul, but value for money wasn't there. We waited quite a long time for the menu, then the waitress apologized and promised to be there for us. The opposite happened, again a very long wait and twice the wrong drinks came.... wait... wait. The sunset compensated us a little. A baked potato for €13 is already steep. It wasn't possible to pay straight away either. We were asked twice how we would like to pay, with big gaps. Where was the staff again and again? We didn't see many guests, just people waiting around us.If anyone wants to go, don't be hungry or thirsty!

We spontaneously drove here for dinner today. The lady in service was extremely friendly and charming. View very nice. Food, if you can get it, is very tasty. And that brings me to my overall impression of the evening.Lack of organization. We arrived at 1830h. I've never had as many mistakes made in a restaurant as here. We initially ordered drinks, bottle of water, glass of wine, iced coffee with a vanilla ball. First and second came quite quickly, but glasses for water were not brought until 10 minutes later. I had to wait an hour for the iced coffee, even after repeated reminders. It initially came without vanilla ice cream, but with ice cubes. Was corrected on my own initiative. The food, salmon and tarte flambée, still hadn't arrived by then. After another 30 minutes the salmon arrived. No trace of the tarte flambée. After 2 more reminders and a total of 2.5 hours, I canceled the tarte flambée and asked for the bill.2 tarte flambées were calculated. Exciting.I don't blame the service. I saw that she made the reports. The problem was behind the counter. Overall there was a lack of leadership and organization. A person who keeps track and controls Maybe also staff. 2 waitresses for about 20 tables outside. Should actually be feasible from my gastronomic experience. The two didn't get much help, although I saw other staff walking around several times who could have helped with the distribution (a man handed out table lamps, who could also have supported the service on a temporary basis). I hardly saw any customers inside. As good as the food my partner received tasted, I remained hungry. And just as much, I won't come here again. Two stars for the service because the waitress did her best and was really nice. Otherwise there would only be 1 star here.

So far I can only rate the location and it is wonderful. Embedded and hidden simply a special spot.I'm looking forward to more and hope that the open hiking trail into the Lösnitzgrund remains.🤍

As Radebeul residents, we would like to enjoy the restaurant "Zum Pfeiffer" with our friends from Switzerland with a wonderful view of the beautiful Radebeul and good food. Unfortunately, one review stated that dogs are not welcome. Something unusual at this time, especially since we were often guests of the previous owner with dogs. It's a shame, we'll now look for another restaurant. Luckily, choosing one with a dog in Radebeul and the surrounding area is not a problem at all.

We ate here as a group in the evening and it was very tasty, albeit expensive. The staff is courteous and very nice.

Numerous arrangements were made in advance of my daughter's wedding. But almost none of them were adhered to. The room was changed, the pre-ordered starter plates were not served and the main course arrived after a whopping two hours. The staff was friendly and tried to make up for the disastrous management. The weather and the view of Radebeul were wonderful. I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant for a planned celebration.
