On a Monday morning I visited the sauna area.The lady at reception was friendly.The impression of the changing room reminded me strongly of my childhood, as it was very swimming pool-like. So nothing special.The sauna area and I actually wouldn't refer to it like that...was mostly visited by older people on this Monday.Here's the problem: the older people permanently occupy the few loungers. So finding a place to relax becomes difficult. It's a shame that the loungers are reserved so urgently.The saunas themselves (4 pieces) are quite small but OK. But nothing special either.After the sauna there are several options for showering...but there is no real privacy.There is also NOT the opportunity to relax and rest. It's loud, it's uncomfortable and just not inviting.Thematically it really does seem like a swimming pool. So it's all very cool, doesn't seem high-quality, doesn't seem inviting... just not the kind of place that you'd want to stay here for any length of time.I really expected something from the homepage.I cannot recommend the sauna area, which does not deserve the name.I think it's okay for the price if it were nice.I haven't tested the hotel or any other offers.

Went to the Heide Spa as a group of 6 girls...we really enjoyed it. Great breakfast, great beds, service was very nice, wellness area was also great... the only thing we would have liked was some music with a drink in the bar area in the evening, you sit there and it's just too quiet, otherwise no criticism. .see you next time...

It was the second stay at the HeideSpa for 3 nights and it was once again uniquely beautiful. We used 2 treatments in the wellness area and were again very impressed. Cleanliness and friendliness are absolutely great. Nevertheless, a few small points to note and improve if necessary: ​​1. All reception staff should be on the same page. Different information at different times seems unprofessional. 2. I liked the buffet as part of the half board much better than the 4-course menu, but it was still good and they thought about finding something for every taste. 3. Tips must be booked! In the end, when the cash register fell at home, we unfortunately had to realize that not all of the tips that we had written down on the receipts had been booked and of course we are very sorry about that, because that could have given us the impression of dissatisfaction, and that was us definitely not.We hope we can create a few incentives and are already looking forward to the next break in the HeideSpa. Very nice hotel and great location if you want to relax and have been in the hotel 3 times. Room was great again. Unfortunately one star less because the service could be better. Coffee was not brought to the table and fresh fruit and cakes were unfortunately only liked by the fruit salad, some of which was no longer completely fresh. Unfortunately, the birthday child was in the house for his birthday and didn't receive a card or a small gift from the hotel. I personally think it's a shame from the hotel. Can be improved. Overall, a very nice hotel and can always be recommended

The bathing world is quite beautiful. There wasn't much going on and the water was very warm. The sauna area could be designed to be more comfortable. It's a bit gray and bland. The food selection is poor. The outdoor area is nice, unfortunately the pool is a cold pool and doesn't invite you to linger.
