Mình đánh giá theo quan điểm cá nhânThứ nhất: phòng không được như trên hình mà homestay quảng cáo. Nó cũ mà còn dính nhiều vết keo bị gỡ đi. Cả đèn led ở chân giường cũng tháo đi rồi, đèn led ở gương soi thì hỏng, không bật được, dây led ở gương cũng rất luộm thuộm.Thứ hai: giá thuê khá cao. Thà rằng homestay y chang như hình quảng cáo thì còn tạm chấp nhận đi. Lúc đặt onl mình rất mong phòng sẽ được như ý theo như số tiền bỏ ra. Nhưng khi nhận phòng mình ngán ngẩm. Vì cũng đã lỡ chuyển hết số tiền ở 3 ngày 2 đêm luôn rồi nên chấp nhận ở thôi.Thứ ba: trời ơi cứ thấy không có muỗi nhưng sau mỗi đêm mình ngủ dậy là trên tay và chân toàn là vết đốt, vết côn trùng cắn. Nó ngứa kinh khủng. Hình như ga giường và chăn gối không được thay khi khách trước mình thuê hay sao ấy. Sợ thật sự.Thứ tư: phòng không cách âm, cái cửa ra vào nó hở mặt nền cả khúc tầm 3cm cơ ấy. Buổi tối đến tận 11h đêm, nhân viên vẫn bật nhạc ở quầy lễ tân. Rồi trưa 12h trưa, bên ngoài cứ bước lên bước xuống cầu thang rầm rầm. Mình dám khẳng định như thế vì mình ở tận 3 ngày 2 đêm. Cứ vẫn bị ô nhiễm tiếng ồn cơ.Lúc mới vào nhận phòng còn có cả con gián, đến lạy luôn. The LED lights at the foot of the bed were also removed, the LED lights in the mirror were broken and could not be turned on, and the LED wires in the mirror were also very sloppy.Second: the rent is quite high. I'd rather the homestay be exactly as advertised, then I'll just accept it. When I booked online, I really hoped that the room would be as expected according to the amount of money spent. But when I checked in, I was bored. Because I had already transferred all the money to stay for 3 days and 2 nights, I just accepted to stay.Third: oh my god, there are no mosquitoes, but every night I wake up and have insect bites and stings on my arms and legs. Phòng ko giống mô tả. Phòng như ko dọn , ga giường , chăn gối bẩn ( thay đến ga giường thứ 3 vẫn ko có ga sạch) . Ban công không dọn dẹp. Hình ảnh thực tế khác xa hình ảnh homestay gửi.Room is not as described. The room was not cleaned, the bed sheets, blankets and pillows were dirty (after changing the third bed sheet, there was still no clean sheet). Balcony not cleaned. The actual picture is different from the picture sent by the homestay.

Ảnh phòng Cozy và ngoài khác hoàn toàn tưởng tượng. chất lượng phòng so sánh tầm giá vị trí với một bên LLH khác thì thua xa. Nhà vệ sinh quá bẩn và hôi như không được dọn dẹp kĩ. Mình book phòng và nhận được 1 phòng mốc quanh tường và bị bong chóc khá nhiều. Nhìn chung thì 1 lần và không có lần thứ 2 với tầm giá đấy dưới 350k thì nhiều bên homestay cung cấp phòng đẹp và ưng hơn rất nhiều. Chỉ cần nhìn xiphong bồn rửa mặt cộng thêm cách đi đường ống điều hoà là mọi người sẽ biết. 🫶Photos of Cozy rooms and other exteriors are completely imaginary. The quality of the room, compared to the price range and location with another LLH, is far behind. The toilet was too dirty and smelly as if it had not been cleaned thoroughly. I booked a room and received a room with mold around the walls and a lot of peeling. In general, once and there is no second time with that price range under 350k, many homestay companies provide much nicer and more satisfactory rooms. Hoi cho tạm 5 sao nhân viên k ok lắm hỏi mình rời lịch nhma lúc mình đến thì bảo sửa đc rồi thế mà k báo lại cho mình???Được cái nửa đêm ntin thì nvien vẫn trực.Phòng thơm, nhìn sạch sẽ mỗi tội k kín nên có muỗi phòng tắm rộng đủ đồ mỗi tội k có tủ đồ hay bàn to nên k để đc đồ mấy.Phòng y trên ảnh. Không cách âm lắm.Please give me 5 stars. The staff was not very nice and asked me to leave my schedule. When I arrived, they said they had fixed it but didn't notify me???Even at midnight, the nvien was still on duty.The room is fragrant, looks clean, but it's not closed so there are mosquitoes. The bathroom is spacious and has enough stuff, but it doesn't have a big wardrobe or table so it can't store many things.Medical room in the photo. Not very soundproof.

Phòng sạch sẽ, set up xink xắn. Mình đặt qua go2joy, ko biết giá đặt trực tiếp thì ntn. Có chỗ trông xe và quán cf ở dưới tầng. Gần quán mì tim cật chua cay rùi kem bơ hot hit luôn.The room is clean, nice setup. I booked through go2joy, I don't know the price to book directly. There is parking and a coffee shop downstairs. Near the restaurant, spicy and sour heart and kidney noodles with butter cream are a hot hit.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện ích, lại có cả ban công đúng ý mình luôn. Buổi tối hơi bị ấm cúng. Có thêm quán cà phê nho nhỏ dưới tầng rất xinh. Mình uống thử kiều mạch kem mặn thấy vừa miệng. Còn các bạn nhân viên khá nice, nhiệt tình.The room is clean, fully equipped, and has a balcony to your liking. The evening was a bit cozy. There is a small cafe downstairs that is very pretty. I tried salty creamy buckwheat and found it delicious. And the staff are quite nice and enthusiastic.

Nước uống khá vừa miệng. Về phần home stay thì Phòng ốc hơi nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ và thoáng. Điểm trừ duy nhất là hôm mình đi bên dưới mn tổ chức tiệc chúc mừng sinh nhật nên hơi ồn.The drink is quite palatable. As for the home stay, the rooms are a bit small but clean and airy. NUBES HOMESTAY - 43/167 Tây SơnMình thuê căn Deluxe Balcony thì theo mình cảm thấy phòng khá vừa vặn, không quá to cũng không quá nhỏ, trong phòng có 1 khu nhà tắm bằng kính nữa. Phòng trang trí khá đẹp mắt bởi đèn Led, cũng những đồ Decor rất xinh. Tuy nhiên mình có 2 điểm chưa thích đó là ngay trên giường thẳng lên là hệ thống ống nước, và thỉnh thoảng có tiếng nước xả ra hơi bất tiện một chút, ngoài ra cũng hơi nguy hiểm khi mà chẳng may đường ống bị vỡ. Điểm thứ hai là cửa ở ban công không có rèm che nên hơi sáng, mình là người thích phòng tối hơn. The second point is that the door on the balcony does not have a curtain so it is a bit bright. I am someone who likes darker rooms. However, I think Nubes is still quite ok 😁

Không gian ấm cúng, chăn ga sạch sẽ thơm tho, services phục vụ phòng tốt. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu chưa mua nhà. À có cả netflix èn chill +1000.
