Had a very nice stay here for three days. Very good spot to explore Dresden and Lower Saxony. The owner was very nice. There were cold drinks on arrival. Also, the owner did laundry for us for free. Be aware that Google Maps navigates you to the wrong place. Better to ask for directions before hand.

This rather small house in Dresden-Leuben is a not quite perfect, not luxurious, but still very charming place. Not because you have to get used to the lack of ground floor windows in the living area and the pond is not visible, no, it is this special, somewhat older flair that surrounds this place, which was last modernized around 20 years ago. You have your small entrance area with adjacent shower room, your living area with kitchen corner, and the bedroom upstairs with wooden stairs, all finished and good. The icing on the cake is the small roof terrace for a maximum of 4 people. It's also great to park your car, motorcycle or bicycle at the entrance to the house. All in all, it's a relatively quiet oasis, and we particularly liked that, from which you can ideally go on tours to and around Dresden, whether by bus, S-Bahn or your own vehicle. Pray suitable for us the explorer for 3-7 days, including the tips and help of the nice neighboring landlord there. It all fits together and of course the bakery around the corner as well as the nearby beer garden with a view of the Elbe.
