I stayed in this room rental for work for a few months in the spring of 2013 - in a large apartment room with a kitchen and bathroom.The landlords are friendly. The man likes to talk and gave me tips for my stay in Dresden.I found the location of the apartment just great. It is a 3-minute walk to a tram and bus stop, so you can always get to the city center quickly and carefree. It is also 10 minutes away from the Great Garden - perfect for jogging, or picnic...There is no special parking space for renting rooms, but I have always found one very easily on the street - a maximum of 50m away from the apartment... Plus the area is really pretty; You feel like you're in the country, but with lots of shopping opportunities 5 minutes away on foot.My apartment was on the 2nd floor and consisted of a large living room and bedroom with a dining table and TV, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (4 stoves, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator... Very pleasant for my long stay!) and a nice bathroom . So I almost felt at home.There is a large garden around the house, so the view was also pleasant.So I recommend this room rental and would definitely like to stay there again.--------------------------------I spent a few months in this private hotel for work, in the spring of 2013. It is also a 10-min walking distance from the Großer Garten, ideal to jog or have a picnic. And the neighborhood is really charming, as if you were in the countryside.There is no private parking space, but I never had problem finding one for my car in the street.The apartment I stayed in had a big living room - bedroom with a table to eat or work and a TV, a big and very well furnished kitchen (with oven and cooker, useful for my long stay) and a nice bathroom. I felt as if I were home.There is a nice garden around the house, so the view through the windows is also nice.To conclude, I really recommend this place to discover Dresden, and would definitely go there again.Bertrand.

We can only report good things! The house is ideal for anyone who wants to spend a few nice days in Dresden. On the one hand it is relatively quiet and on the other hand it is very convenient to transport. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back.
