The square is for people who want to see Dresden, nothing more.The sanitary facilities are pretty shabby and could be renovated. It was always clean, but mold on the joints is really not great. When you stand undressed in the shower and the coin you insert has no effect, you have a lot of fun.Some of the pitches are very small, very sloping and also muddy after rain.Positive things to note are the bus stop in front of the square, the friendly welcome and the price-performance ratio in the associated location.

A nice campsite to explore the city of Dresden and the surrounding area. The operators are extremely friendly and very helpful. The small shop has everything you need. The attached restaurant is highly recommended.

Campsite with new, clean sanitary facilities.The location is very good, you can take the bus to Dresden every 20 minutes.Ideal for a city tour!

A very nice and quiet campsite about 4 km from Dresden city center.The place offers everything you need (kiosk with a small selection of food and drinks).The sanitary facilities are modern, spacious and clean.The brand of shower you get is sufficient for a long shower.Electricity, water and waste disposal system available.From Mockritz you can reach the historic city center of Dresden in about 15 minutes by bike. Good bike paths!Recommendation for eating in Mockritz: the "Altmockritzer Bauernstube" - very good with a good price/performance ratio (closed Monday AND Tuesday!)

A nice campsite near Dresden City, bus connection directly to the campsite, sanitary facilities very clean and a small shop on the campsite with everything you need. We really liked it.

Nice, helpful operator couple who answer every question. You have the feeling of being something special. Toilets/showers and the washing machines/dishwashing room are very clean. Initial problems with hot/warm water in the shower were quickly resolved. You need tokens to shower, which you can get at reception or at the machine.You can choose your own parking space at a certain location. Be sure to have wheel chocks with you, as the places are slightly sloping.The bus stop to Dresden or Pillnitz Castle is right in front of the entrance to the campsite.Tickets and great tips are available at reception.The small shop in the reception is well stocked and has delicious, fresh and cheap bread rolls.If we come to Dresden again, we will definitely go to this place again

The boss is very arrogant, when you ask a question she is very condescending and emails are only answered 3 days later. Otherwise, the showers and toilets are very clean, and the connection to Dresden is also very good. Nevertheless, we won't come to this place again.

We are cycling travelers and camped here for two nights. We asked in advance by email whether there was a place available. This was confirmed by email. It was a very strenuous drive there because of the floods and the campsite is on a mountain with a 6% gradient. So we were pretty happy when we arrived. Unfortunately we felt very unwelcome there. The sanitary facilities were okay, not particularly clean. There is a small supermarket that is good. The tent meadow is quite far away from the sanitary building and the grass was quite high, so your feet were always wet. I would not visit this campsite again.

We stayed at the campsite with the motorhome for three nights. The spaces are not huge, but enough to put a table and chairs. Sanitary facilities were clean, the staff were always friendly and willing to provide information. The nights were very quiet.

Oh well...The two of us arrived there as cyclists during our lunch break. Reception was closed and check-in at the terminal was not possible at that time. We decided to set up our tents on the well-marked, empty camping area and then go to reception. We obviously took offense at this approach. With the sentence: 'There is order here in Dresden!' We were forced to move again with our bags and luggage to the back of the tent meadow because there were an incredible number of reservations for the front tent meadow. Of course we did this. In fact, during the two very rainy days of our stay, NOT A SINGLE tent was put on the front pitch. In addition, due to the prolonged rain, a lake about 30cm deep formed directly in the gate area, which could not be avoided.You can call that 'there is order in Dresden'. Or harassment, depending on your point of view.The bus connection was also explained to us, but it was not mentioned that you cannot buy tickets on the bus. For us, this campsite was the worst of the entire trip.It is very inconveniently located for cyclists, far up outside the city center and can only be reached via a very long and steep mountain.
