I always choose to stay here when I'm in the area for work. The staff is very friendly and serves you promptly, the breakfasts are excellent and the lady in the mornings every day made another sweet really home made, and it smells great, a perfect way to start your day with a smile.

Very nice staff, very child-friendly🙏🏼 Baby cot is available free of charge upon request. The breakfast buffet was good; There are plenty of parking spaces around, there is a supermarket/restaurant next to it. Good value for money. There is no table lamp in the room, something like that is always very practical.

Room very noisy, very hot and impossible to open a window, because it is next to a game hall and there were people making noise until late at night. And the rooms are right against a very busy road.Condition of the room also questionable, broken curtains, very dated,...But ok, that was the least. Because people, if you decide to spend the night here, please don't forget anything! We had forgotten our AirPods, we immediately called the hotel on the way home, because with AirPods you can see the current location, so we were 100% sure that they were still in the room, this was also confirmed by someone from the hotel, the AirPods were kept for us in the safe, we just had to pass on our address and pay 25 euros and then they would sent them. After a lot of calling and emailing, we also received confirmation via email that they would send the AirPods.A while later we contacted them again because we hadn't received anything yet and then it started: suddenly they didn't have our AirPods anymore, we were told a lot of vague stories and lies and a lot of frustrations later: we never saw our AirPods again!So be aware before you book here or don't forget anything.

We loved the free underground car park, which is open around the clock...The pictures actually speak for themselves, the check in wasn't very inviting and the check out was exactly the same, woman on the cell phone, at least managed to nod her head.The cleanliness in general was questionable, the furnishings and the entire property were simply getting old and the repair work was also completely unsuccessful.Our 4-bed room consisted of a good double bed and the sofa elements shown in the pictures, questionable for small children, completely wrong for adults.Internet doesn't work, nor does the TV because it runs via WiFi...It's a shame that you treat your guests like that, I found it unreasonable and would never receive guests like that or charge money for it.

This is a good hotel. I especially liked the approach to the client and the service. This approach creates a very pleasant feeling. In many cases, this is exactly what you expect from the hotel you decide to stay at.In any case, everyone will form their own opinion about this place if they come here. I really liked it. We would happily give 0 stars if we could. I booked the room for a colleague because it is close to where I live and she was traveling from the north. The room was very small, far too warm and smelled of urine. When she complained she was only offered a fan and the staff were indifferent. The hotel probably has a complaint management system and finally responded via booking, but only with excuses and zero responsiveness. We had to pay the full price for two nights, but she checked out straight away and stayed in a wonderful Brazilian chain hotel at Neu-Ulm train station. 0 stars!

The hotel is located directly above a Norma, there is a rooster living next door who starts his work waking up quite early in the morning 😅, rooms are clean but in need of renovation, some sockets were broken, the mirror in the room was cracked, unfortunately we had our room on the south side There is no air conditioning in the room, it was almost unbearable, unfortunately rather uncomfortable in these summer temperatures.Room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Completely 👍 for one nightBreakfast: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ if you don’t have any special requirementsStaff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very friendlyLocation room: ⭐️ unfortunately only one star in the summer month on the south sideFelt like 30 degrees in the room. We were passing through. For the price it's not too bad, but don't expect muchLuxury for. It is close to the highway, which is nice. The service and staff are good.Beds and rooms have been renovated and look great. The shower is a bit outdated.I think the road ahead isn't too bad with noise. The breakfast is reasonable with a wide choice. A supermarket and Chinese food are next door, which can be useful. We only ate next to a football field 5 minutes away. Very good food there.

At first glance everything is ok. Mattresses far too soft and one or two hairs found in them. But for €60 I won't report it. The worst thing is that I have to pay 15€ for a dog, which is cheeky, 3* only charge 10€. Hotel is right on the street, was there in July, windows open, was a must, very warm and loud in the room. Breakfast at 9.50 was okIt's probably more of a craftsman's hotel, so the €15 for the dog doesn't fit. I booked it as a transit trip.

I was in Neu-Ulm on a business trip and stayed at the Hotel Sonnenkeller for two nights.Unfortunately the room was in poor condition. There were many obvious defects and the cleanliness was lacking in many places.Rooms are noisy and windows are no longer completely sealed. You can therefore hear the traffic from the discounter next door or the guests from the upper floor.Unfortunately, there was also an unpleasant situation in which the hotel staff loudly argued with an apparently long-term guest in the entrance area about the lack of payment.All in all, very much in need of improvement
