I think it's the first time in my not very few reviews that I've included a quality category "developing".If I didn't do that, the result would only be a good three stars.What is, what was? The presentation online is stylish and nice, but it doesn't do justice to reality - because of the "chic aspect" (or vice versa): I, for one, prefer to be pleasantly surprised by reality!I just look at the room (bathroom porcelain in Bahama beige with a white toilet seat (but everything is spotlessly clean)), decent bed, outside lighting shines through the window at night, minibar good, furniture good, Smatr TV good, hallway carpet in front of the room in a horrible design, balcony with green artificial flooring but a nice look) there would be three stars. If I go to the restaurant and choose Swabian classics (onion roast (quite firm), or pork cheeks (extremely tender) with spaetzle (a little too cooked), both crunchy with super tasty side vegetables, then it would be a good 3 stars. If I go through the house and start the whole concept slowly understand, I become "softer". Once I have slept in and go to the breakfast room, my hotel heart opens: real and really good pretzels (although in the motherland of the pretzel, some restaurateurs save money in exactly this (wrong) place: here not, great! A magnificent buffet of salmon in various different bowls, cheese, olives, and so much more - aesthetically presented in delicious bites: a small culinary breakfast paradise that many (!) four-star hotels can copy )en (we spend a lot of time in hotels every year!); why is it appealing? Because no one messes with a wheel of cheese in an unqualified way, but everything is presented beautifully - very delicately - in portions and portions. Plus a delicious, strong cappuccino etc. with very pleasantly attentive service (even in the evening!): great! And so, all in all, a qualified, up-and-coming company; not resigned, but looking up...4 stars.

Quite and nice place in one hour drive from Stuttgart, the restaurant and breakfast was good and we really enjoyed our stay. Another advantage of this hotel is, it's near Sophi park, we walked for one hour before breakfast every day. I recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately had a very bad stay at the Oscars 1415 Hotel. The rooms have almost no noise insulation, you could hear everything from the hallway. Couple that with some noisy guests and it's not a good recipe for a good night's sleep. In the morning the cleaning lady also tried to enter the room without knocking, how bad can a hotel be managed?! The only bright point was the breakfast which was very nice.Last but not least the receptionist was very cold and bordering on unfriendly when confronted with guest complaints. So I would definitely avoid this hotel going forward.

The hotel is located in a beautiful old half-timbered building and is idyllically located in a quiet, green environment, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment of nature. The staff is extremely friendly and creates a warm atmosphere. Particularly noteworthy is the extensive breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel's own restaurant impresses with its lovingly prepared, tasty dishes that are always freshly prepared. The beautifully decorated tables also contribute to an all-round successful culinary experience. A perfect choice for those seeking peace and quiet and connoisseurs.

I checked into Hotel Oscars 1415 a bit frustrated…Unfortunately, I had limited success with my attempt to find mushrooms. However, my mood improved pretty quickly at the Oscars... I was here once about a year ago. At the reception I was addressed directly by my name, which I found to be very unusual and appreciative. Apparently the team deals with their hotel guests... I finally heard that this hotel is run by three brothers in a family tradition. Casual!!! 😁The room was absolutely ok, clean, tastefully and stylishly furnished. My room even had a balcony with a view of the beautifully maintained park.My highlight, however, was the hotel's own restaurant. You had the choice of eating on the upper or lower floor. I chose the lower floor and therefore the “seafood”. Since I couldn't decide due to the numerous "fish dishes" on offer, the kitchen put together an individual fish platter for me. Not a given, especially since the restaurant was quite busy. Great, this flexibility!!The food was of high quality and given the quantity, I was pretty full afterwards. The price-performance ratio is not easy for me to judge because I come from Switzerland. Everything here is 2 to 3 times more expensive... 🥴 Nevertheless, I thought the price-performance ratio was absolutely ok. In Calw, for example, I didn't get anywhere near the same services as here in a hotel with similar expenses.The atmosphere in the restaurant was very cozy and relaxed. The lighting and furnishings were very inviting… The background music is a matter of taste - I thought it was great! 😁👍What I didn't like: No idea, I really don't know what to write...! 😂Big compliments to the three boys! Professional, committed, courteous, innovative and great! 😁😁👍 Keep it up…!

Went there for dinner and overnight stay after our wedding. From the preliminary discussion to the very successful evening with great food and top service, we really enjoyed everything. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the breakfast buffet the next morning was also sensational! The hotel with the great ambience is highly recommended.
