The worst hotel rooms I've ever seen and I travel weekly. Floor dirty, parquet varnish, no electricity in the room. This hotel desperately needs renovation. The only good thing is the location right next to the train station

The worst hotel in the history of all my travel! The rooms were cold and the heating did not work properly despite being turned up all the way. Dirty towels and no soap really made me wonder who on earth gave this hotel THREE STARS!?There was no one to help with the luggage and traveling with a group of elderly people, we found it really hard to move our bags since there is no elevator. The food in the restaurant was decent however it was the attitude of the staff that really made it a really bad experience.Apparently run by a family, the hotel is severely understaffed and the three or so people don't seem to know English nor be least bothered about the needs of the guests. The owner of the place was the most lethargic and was oblivious to the requirements of the guests. Rude, arrogant and snobby are some of the nicest things I've to say.The so called "wifi" did not work properly beyond the reception and I had to sit in the hallway to access my mail. Please do NOT stay in this hotel. You are wasting your money. And the few hours of good sleep you need on your trip. Cheers.

A pleasant stop on our way to Holland. Very spacious and clean rooms, comfortable and large bed, quiet and unique, a corner of India in Germany. Basic breakfast. Suitable place to rest and stop. Advised.

It's really bad, if I could I wouldn't give it any stars. We were accommodated in the house next door because we came with two children. The room had probably not been rented for a long time, it was freezing cold, we had to sleep in pants, two pairs of socks and thick sweaters and we were still freezing because the floors and walls were extremely cold.Unfortunately that wasn't all... The room was ancient, the curtains shabby/dirty, there were dead insects on the carpet and there were cobwebs all over the ceiling. The bathroom can't be described at all, totally loveless, bare, the shower doors full of lime stains and it smelled like a sewer. We would have preferred to leave straight away, but we couldn't find another hotel quickly (as December 31st) and had a long journey. We had to pay €150 for something like that, which was a disgrace!!

This is a very old building. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable and things in the room snd bathroom are very outdated and old. The only good thing was the price compared to other places in the area.

Dirty dumps that have come down. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not a word of greeting from the very annoyed lady who I tore away from the television and who then wordlessly gestured to me to fill out the registration form. No information about the house, etc. I was led outside through the front door with the information that my key fits at the side entrance. I'm really not sensitive, but I left my shoes on in the room because of so much smell. A normal room door that can be opened with any lockpick, a torn toilet seat. Everything dirty, greasy, stained. It smells like it, it leaks through the cracks and the WiFi is unstable. +/- 80 euros will then be charged for this. The restaurant is similarly filthy. At breakfast I was glad that I had scrapped my original plan to eat there in the evening. I was watched, more or less cooperatively, but constantly. Cheapest baked rolls, rotten bread, exactly 2 slices of cheese at the "buffet", lukewarm filter coffee and green boiled eggs. A case for the public order office...
