The tram passes so close that the bed moves, noise from the road, tram, and bar (two floors down) is awful. One of radiator did not work, quite cold. Else the room is fine, and breakfast in Bayr Hof ok.

The location is great! You can reach the city center very quickly and easily on foot, and you are also very well connected to the ZOB at Bismarktplatz. Checking in and out went absolutely smoothly. So far so good. When I came into the room, which was on the 2nd floor, I was briefly amazed at the size of the television. But the impression quickly faded. There was a lot of hair in the bed from a person with black hair or an animal.Unidentifiable stains on the sheets, as well as the bedspread and the decorative pillow. There were stains on the bedspread that looked like blood. The bedspread and decorative pillows looked as if they had never seen a washing machine. There was also hair, crumbs and dust on the floor. The bathroom was clean and tidy. 'Only' two points of criticism here: The rain shower head was completely calcified and therefore didn't work. The glass door to the shower doesn't close properly on the floor. During normal shower operation, a lot of water flows into the shower.The bed in particular gave the impression that it had not been changed! The Denner shares the ground floor with a shisha bar. The musty/sweet smell from the bar hangs throughout the stairwell and also in the rooms. It is an old building and therefore noisy, but one morning the cleaning staff made such a noise that a peaceful sleep in the morning was not possible.Location is great but you can't seem to expect much more than that.

The location is great for a nap before an early morning operation at the clinic around the corner. Check-in and breakfast are available across the street in another building. The equipment is clearly showing its age. If you are looking for a clean room in a good location, the Hotel Denner offers good value for money.

Only the location was great!Unfortunately the music is too loud at night due to the bar! Rooms that are too noisy! Everyone in the stairwell could be heard..There are hardly any TV programs to choose from... you can't receive them... it's a shame about the huge TV...No staff downstairs at reception but you have to go to the other hotel across the street…Parking options are not expressly listed.. you will be charged more if you book a parking space on site.. their website says something else.. it is not mentioned anywhere on booking.. what a shameUnfortunately not good for more than one night…Cheap, but that doesn't mean that basic service is lacking!

Why I will never go back to this hôtel ?1. In the same building there is a bar/club : in the room until 3.00Am you can ear the music loud (with strong bass = boum boum boum on your pillow)2. The room service left the door of our room wild open. So we came back at night and the door was COMPLETELY wild open.3. We have never seen anyone at the réception desk. In front of the desk of the réception there is a door unlock communicating with the bar = every body from the bar can come into the hôtel (and the room services left the door of our room wild open)4. You will smell the smock of the narguilé from the bar/club In the hôtel.5. The room was dark with a view on an other building (just 2meters In front you can see the inside appartement of People from your window)

Unfortunately it was dirty, the bathroom was full of mold and very small.Because of the loud club/bar you can hear everything that's happening downstairs at night.We couldn't sleep until 2:30am.There were only 2 small baby pillows and 2 blankets which were very thin.We couldn't order anything the first night because we arrived at 11:30 p.m.I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to sleep peacefully…

The room is very noisy. The shower is very small and the rain shower didn't work. The floor was dirty. I had specified 2 people when booking and we were told on site that we had booked a single room (which wasn't a problem for us) but we were not provided with a second set of bed linen.

We stayed in Heidelberg for one night and chose the Denner Hotel because it made a good impression in the online pictures. The check-in went anything than expected and was a disaster using the app used. After this was clarified, we got a parking space in the parking garage assigned to us. The parking spaces were far too small and there were cars all over the place. All things that you could possibly overlook, but which stand in the way of a pleasant holiday. Due to the lounge/bar directly in/under the hotel, there was a constant level of noise, which became unbearably loud in the evening. We didn't get a peep as there was an "event" going on in the lounge with extremely loud music. All in all, not a nice hotel stay and no recommendation from us!

Great hotel. Cleaning on request every day with a coupon (at least that was the case during my 2-day stay). I had an operation at the Atos Clinic and stayed here overnight, which is about a 2-minute walk away. In principle, everything is digital, i.e. check-in and checkout (via an app). Unfortunately I couldn't open the front door of the Denner Hotel with the app's digital key, but the room worked. To open the front door I had to go into the bay. Hotel opposite and get a map. Otherwise everything was great, clean rooms and bathrooms, room no. 714 has a super nice balcony :)

Very nice, very clean room, even with a balcony. Only the rooms in the middle have one. Very centrally located. Directly at Bismarckplatz, trams and buses leave from here. Or just a 5-minute walk to the old town and along the Neckar. We were here during the week, so I can't say anything about the noise. But let’s be honest, it’s a big city. If you choose a hotel at a busy intersection, you have to expect a certain level of noise. In any case, the bar below is very good. Nice staff and great cocktails. The mojito is TOP. You can also have a shisha dive there if you like. We slept with the balcony door open. And it was quiet until the first tram pulled into our street at seven in the morning.That brings us to the only small points of criticism.1. No air conditioning, it is relatively warm in the room in warm weather. But bearable.And 2. There is no refrigerator.Checking in via the app worked perfectly. And the staff was friendly too. We were certainly not here for the last time.

The hotel is an imposition. The hotel is located directly above a club with music blasting through the windows until 3am. If there was any indication of this when booking, I would never have chosen this hotel. After the first night with ear plugs, which are naturally available in the stairwell, I complained to reception. I was given another room with a window to the back of the house. Here, too, the music was so loud that you could easily hear the individual songs. If I had wanted a room in a club or at the Ballermann, I would have booked one of these. Absolutely not recommended! A hefty price was charged for the rooms, but a price reduction or refund was refused. The rooms are nice, but with the noise I would never go to this hotel again.

Clean and comfortable accommodation that is very centrally located. There are no stairs, however. Denner uses a self check in and out system which is great, but may not suit all travelers.

Super cute and you feel very comfortable! Perfect for a few days or even a week, small minus point that there was no coffee machine or kettle and the TV reception was crazy, otherwise everything was great!
