The furnishings show clear signs of wear and tear and are partly broken. In the kitchen, the cupboard doors are crooked and open together. The washing machine has mold on it.

Very simple and unfortunately no window in the bathroom. According to which the room, which was already far too warm, had also filled with moisture from the bathroom.A fan in the bathroom is a must!In addition, a roller blind was missing.Basically recommended as it is very centrally located.

These aren't apartments, it's a motel. The room itself isn't bad but there isn't enough parking, the WiFi is awful and we did see insects and rats though I wouldn't want to make too much of that. I've known much more helpful and responsive hosts. Well located and inexpensive, but I wouldn't go there again. Try Novotel if they have rooms available.

The facilities are modern, check-in and check-out are smooth. However, the situation in front of the house is stupid. Mice run through the yard, there is an unpleasant smell, there are a lot of building materials and scaffolding in front of the entrance. If the situation were improved, the apartment would be recommended, but unfortunately there is still a lot of room for improvement.

The room wasn't ready at 4:15 p.m., even though it should have been ready from 3 p.m. We still had to walk for half an hour. The room and also the bathroom were completely renovated, but the room still had a basic level of humidity, the lighting was very bright and anything but comfortable. The entrance to the courtyard was a single construction site, with lots of building materials leaning against the wall. The apartment is very noisy, there was a family with lively small children above us, you could hear everything.

I completely agree with the previous opinion. I would add that there may be a problem with the power supply, because the fuse regularly blows, which is not pleasant when you are standing in a cold shower. Fortunately, we also lived downstairs, but every day at 3:30 in the morning we woke up to the noise of the upstairs resident. However, on the penultimate day, we received a family with small children. If I had to listen to this rumbling and stomping for two weeks, I would definitely have run away.

We rented the apartment on the ground floor, the address is Sophienstrasse 45. When you drive into the courtyard, the atmosphere is very sad, unkempt and in the state of a construction site. There is a day care center nearby where children scream loudly in the afternoon. The keys are handed over via a key safe and work without any problems. The apartment in the 2-story building in the inner courtyard of Sophienstrasse 45 is very modern and well-kept inside. The furniture is new, the kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic hob (4 plates) and a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and oven. You just look in vain for a coffee machine. The toaster's bun attachment is also gone. Bathroom with shower and washing machine is very well maintained. Towels and bed linen are provided, everything is very clean. The apartment is a bit dark due to the location, but extremely quiet, especially in the evenings and at night. The city center is within walking distance and Waldstrasse with many restaurants is nearby. Shopping in the immediate vicinity of the apartment is rather difficult for German tastes. There is a parking space in the inner courtyard, which is fortunate, because parking outside on the street is practically impossible and extremely expensive. Given the low price, you can really recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

We had free parking in the courtyard, the apartment was very clean and we were even able to use the terrace since we were on the first floor. The owners have good communication by email or messaging (Booking type). Very well located to enjoy the city on foot.
