Room was cheap for one night but not good and dirty. There was a used tissue in the nightstand. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well. Not cleaned at all or very poorly before we moved in. Toilet dirty. In the room in the attic, my companion didn't even shower, just washed at the sink. My shower was just about the same. The icing on the cake was that there were water meters on the wall in my room. I overheard every bathroom use. Accepted for one night. If it had been longer we would have checked out...because sorry, but hygiene and cleanliness must always be standard, no matter what the price. Otherwise you can't run a guesthouse. I don't know what it was like before, but in my opinion the situation in 2024 is not good at all. I can't judge the service. Location is good. Reached the center quickly.

I stayed at this guesthouse for one night and found it quite okay. The family is very nice and everything seems well-kept. It is not a hotel and you should adapt your requirements to that. It was clean and there was a small fridge and TV in the room. My room had its own wet room with toilet. I didn't find any WiFi. I didn't ask for it because I wasn't missing it.The pillow and duvet didn't seem allergy-friendly to me, but perhaps you can arrange something like this in advance if necessary. The only thing I really missed was fresh fruit for breakfast. But otherwise, as already written, for a few nights it's fine.

Very nice, cozy guesthouse with large, spacious rooms. Breakfast was very tasty and completely sufficient for little money.We would love to come back!

Very unfriendly owner. Room, bathroom and breakfast cellar very cold. Very carelessly furnished. Bathroom without windows, heating or ventilation and very narrow. Here you just cash in with little effort. Toilet paper wasn't even refilled. 1.5 rolls for 3 people / 5 days. For breakfast there were cheap, burnt rolls for 5 days and the same cold cuts every day. No fruit, vegetables, quark, yoghurt or muesli.

Very nice family who rents the rooms there, clean and normally furnished rooms, shower and toilet available and well maintained. TV and fridge in the room. All in all we are very satisfied and have been here for the second time. PS Parking space for cars on the street is available in the immediate vicinity

OK for the night. Price was ok too. You could use some improvement. The floors creak and you can practically hear everything that is going on in the house.Breakfast is in the basement. It was cool in the morning. Eggs are not kept warm. Too bad. For the price per person for breakfast you could expect more. Vegetables were completely missing. Spreads and cheese spreads were only available at the beginning.Bathrooms were partly shared. Every small space is probably used for rent.What doesn't work. Is that being walked into the room without notice. No knocking or anything like that. That shouldn't be the case and it won't work. A no go.You have to park on the street. Sometimes with long distances when nothing is free. All in all. It was ok. It was enough to spend the night. However, it can and should be improved or improved.In order to escape in an emergency, the front door should not be locked at night. Because no one will think about it. In an emergency, take the key with you to open the door first.

Hi,The slatted frames are completely through and the individual slats jumped out.The furniture itself is dark, old and unfriendly.The ceiling lamp brightens the room somewhat, but is inadequate.Toilet has no vent or window.The welcome was ok.Breakfast was there, baked rolls from the supermarket, the same packaged cold cuts ingredients every day.Drinks such as coffee and tea were sufficient..You always had the feeling of not being welcome.No questions asked if something was missing or anything like that.Not a kind word from the people there.We were there until today, in room 3.The room currently costs 60 euros per night and can be furnished much friendlier and brighter with little effort.The whole thing with the furniture and the slightly darker atmosphere wouldn't have been so serious if the impression had been friendly.I have to say that I go to Leipzig 2-3 times a year, but I look for alternatives to stay overnight.Looking at the other reviews I really have to wonder if there are 2 guesthouses with the same name?
