I rarely evaluate houses, but in this case I'll take the time.The service by phone and email was quick and courteous. That's it for the positive.The surrounding area is rather frightening in the evening and public parking spaces are absolutely scarce in the evening. The building, an old building with tenants in the upper area, is generally charming but not somewhere you would want to spend the night. The interior in the superior room is extremely worn out and looks very worn out. The burn marks on various furniture don't really speak for the non-smoking policy.Rusty radiators, swollen strips, holey curtains, dirty floor joints as well as silicone joints, sharp-edged metal strips in the room passages and much more.As if that wasn't enough, there was hair all over the bedding.You simply cannot recommend these rooms to anyone. I will look at reviews better before booking in the future

Apartment was booked under different conditions, what was offered on the internet with nice pictures and description was in reality anything but nice, clean and comfortable!The apartment was in poor condition, the beds were sagging, the dishes were dirty, there was still cigarette ash left in a glass, the sofa was full of stains and burn holes, the walls and the edge of the bed were also stained, the apartment smelled of cold smoke. There was smoking in the advertised non-smoking room.Price and performance are not given. For 2 nights for the price of 177 euros with these defects is incomprehensible! That's probably why you pay in advance!Only the staff at the reception were courteous and friendly.We would not book this apartment again and cannot recommend it!

Unfortunately, the pretty pictures don't match reality. The room is not particularly clean. There were several dark stains on the bed linen. The shower had yellow stains everywhere. Luckily only the toilet was clean. The location of the hotel takes a lot of getting used to. The houses and streets are very run down and there is rubbish everywhere. On our next visit to Leipzig we will give this a wide berth.

The room is in a used condition. The bed frame or... The headboard is heavily stained, the bed linen is dirty or has small brown spots. The room doors are greasy. Some walls are partly greasy and dirty. For me overall it's more of a dump. Complaining to the student at reception doesn't do anything.Also no support from booking.

Solid apartment that we lived in with our two small children for a trip to Leipzig. The location of the apartment is more of a third choice, but since we were mostly tourists, that didn't bother us.We give 7 out of 10 points for cleanliness. We felt comfortable and the price-performance ratio was right.

Our unit was in the annex. A very spacious old building apartment with lots of old details, which I like very much. Everything you needed was there, even detergent for the washing machine.

Nice staff, quick check-in and self check-out.The room sauna is a highlight. easy to use and comfortable.Our children especially enjoyed playing in the backyard.The apartment is not far from the center and can be easily reached by public transport.We had a wonderful 3-day vacation in Leipzig.

The area is certainly not the best in Leipzig. Known as a social hotspot. The young man at reception was very friendly. My room in the attic was absolutely fine and everything was clean. WiFi great. I did part home office, part vacation. If you are not afraid of the area, I would definitely recommend it

We've been there for the 3rd time now, as always we liked it. Only one thing to complain about is that there should be more kitchen material, there isn't enough there and new fans for the summer that also bring cool air where we had it has nothing brought and we already had it at the highest level otherwise we are very satisfied and would like to come back.

So I was there with 3 children aged 5-17. Reception was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment was large and spacious, clean and generally well equipped. Small points of criticism and comments would be:Clean the coffee pot and leave it openTeaspoon!!! unfortunately there was only one availableA toaster would be really great 👍🏼and last but not least, a new cleaning sponge would be an advantage before every new rental.Complaining at a high level 😉We would definitely come back as we really enjoyed it.

Booking was made via Few-Direkt. At first everything was ok, then closer to the appointment I received a succinct email saying that there was an error in the system and the apartment was no longer available. Smaller apartment offered as an alternative (one less bedroom). Ok, we can do it, albeit less conveniently. Our date was fixed. Receipt of reservation confirmation by email, not via Fewo-Direkt. But good. We had something in writing. Only the larger apartment was not canceled via Few-Direkt. So Fewo would have had to be debited. Even the larger apartment was canceled.Then the worst thing when you arrive: you can't find the booking in the system. It was really cool to find an alternative on Friday evening (city festival in full swing). And the student at reception is overwhelmed and helpless. Nothing. Complete chaos. The city is almost completely booked (apart from 800-1,000 EUR per night). For EUR 420 (!) you can get accommodation type “youth hostel” from the 70s. Thank you very much - for nothing.

The apartment with sauna was perfectly equipped! In the kitchen there were not only crockery, cutlery, microwave and pots, there was even coffee, tea, sugar and so on!There was shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom and essential oil for the sauna.We were very surprised that we didn't have to buy everything separately!It was also great that we were able to switch to the sofa bed because the bed was too soft, which we found freshly made up. Great service!In the surrounding area there are many breakfast options (mostly delicious Turkish style) as well as restaurants and train and bus stops.All in all recommended!

I am divided. Actually ok. and recommended. POSITIVE: lots of space, my app. was very large; clean and modernly furnished; friendly receptionist, free parking in front of the door and the price is ok. The sauna in the bathroom is a nice idea, but you don't get a real sauna feeling. For tourists: you can get to the city in no time with the tram.STILL: I didn't really feel comfortable; somehow uncomfortable.. AND: the area is so run down! On the one hand, there is still Eastern dreariness, but on the other hand, some of the buildings that were renovated after the fall of communism have already been rocked down again.So, “you can do it”; I try'. Something different next time 😉

The room with sauna was modernly furnished. However, at second glance there were a few defects that could perhaps be repaired (holes in the bathroom, especially in the extractor, defective roller blind and mold in the shower seal)Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of having inconsiderate roommates who smoked and it reached our room through the door...In any case, the highlight in the room, the sauna, was convincing and made up for the negative :)
