Very warm, highly motivated, friendly hostess. There is something to discover in every corner of this small, winding house. Lovingly and very elaborately restored, preserved, expanded and and and...Kettle and tea in the room and in the lounge. Homemade wine from the barrel.Great breakfast, with grit, the hostess fulfills your wishes. Homemade jam, great cheese, delicious café.If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the right place!

A perfect little break. We recommend. We had a wonderful, relaxing morning with a walk [brainworking] and a great massage. Afterwards there was a lovingly prepared soup.The breakfast was fantastic, nothing was missing. Lots of homemade food and from local vendors.We will be back.

Before the one spa week in the wonderful smallest spa house in Saxony, I was caught in a constant cycle of infection for a long period of time... My state of exhaustion was so unsightly, after the spa week my energy tank was filled up and I was able to enjoy my first hike just 3 days later, about 17 km. THANKS to Grit K. & Anja Kl. & Natalie for EVERYTHING!

The Balancehaus exudes an unmistakable charm from the ground floor to the roof with its lovely owners.An old half-timbered house very lovingly furnished and yes, it is a certain challenge for people of a certain height to move around in it. We really enjoyed our time in Kohren-Sahlis, especially since this place and its surrounding area has a lot to offer. Examples include Gnandstein Castle and the Arnold Pottery.We felt very comfortable at Grit with their delicious and rich cuisine and their humor. Her physiotherapist Lydia also knew how to relieve one or two tensions in her small practice under the roof.Thank you and continued successSee you againAnnett and Renee from Dresden

From the outside it's a nice little half-timbered house.My room under the roof was a disgrace, only sloping ceilings and no shelves that you couldn't reach on your knees. In a stooped position in a bed that is too short and the shower is narrow and jagged at head height with sharp tile edges. The breakfast was good but, like the less good dinner, was overpriced. The restaurants in the area are significantly better and inexpensive. Look closely...but I don't anymore.

We were there by bike as a stopover on our trip. Here everyone can find relaxation and deceleration from everyday life. The rooms are very comfortably furnished, with a lot of attention to detail. We were able to relax and unwind with a delicious meal and a massage afterwards! We particularly liked the warmth of the entire team. - Vacation like being with good friends! We'd love to come back.😊

Dear Balancehaus team, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful support we enjoyed from you last week. The treatments were so good for body and soul. The food was simply amazing. You make me feel like I'm in such good hands and you, dear Grit, always find a tip that helps you forget everything and leave it behind. The area around Kohren-Sahlis is so beautiful, even in February you can discover and hike so much and of course shop for beautiful ceramic items ;-) You won't be able to get rid of me, I'll always be happy to come back ;-)
