Atlanta Hotel International Leipzig

We had a great stay, super friendly staff, every question/request was fulfilled immediately.Gladly again.

The hotel is located outside of Leipzig, so it is quiet in the evenings and at night. Nice paths for walking and the bus stops nearby so that even those who don't drive can easily get around. Nice courteous staff.Food was great, from breakfast to dinner. We'd love to come back

We were at the Atlanta Hotel in Markkleeberg as part of a seminar. From arrival to departure we were very satisfied and felt very well looked after. A hotel employee was available at any time to answer any questions. Our wishes were always taken into account. The rooms are nicely furnished, air conditioned - which was very important due to the very high outside temperature - a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Several floors have already been renovated. There are also great wellness suites with whirlpools - if you want to treat yourself. Our participants also used the spa area and gave positive feedback :-) The food was really good. We had a lot of vegetarians with us and there was always a very good selection for them too. In the evening we walked to Lake Markkleeberger See to end the seminar day - fantastic! It took us about 20 minutes to get there, which was completely ok. All in all - a successful stay as part of our seminar. Many thanks to the team at the Atlanta Hotel in Markkleeberg.

A very nice hotel in the countryside.It was only a 15-minute walk to Lake Markkleeberger.We were in the city of Leipzig in 10 minutes by car.Very nice, newly renovated rooms without carpet.

No daily cleaning service. Hotel suitable for overnight stays and excursions to the Neuseenland.

The two of us stayed at the Atlanta Hotel as part of the “Experience Leipzig for 3 days” offer and added an extra night. The communication in advance and the booking process worked perfectly.When we arrived on site, we were greeted warmly and received good service, including insider tips about parking options in Leipzig. A little sweet attention awaited us in the room, but unfortunately not the promised bathrobes and towels for the wellness area, which we only received upon request. The wellness area in question, consisting of a fitness room, whirlpool, sauna and showers, is pleasant to visit, but is not a highlight of the hotel and is a bit outdated. On the day of arrival we were treated to a 3-course menu, where you could choose between two main courses. The food was very good, although portioned sparingly. The service in the restaurant was excellent and always tried hard and friendly. We ate in the restaurant a second time, this time with the normal food and drink menu. A modest, if good, selection. Unfortunately my friend's burger was a failure. The meat was still raw inside. When we asked, we were told that the burger would generally be offered medium and the chef also insisted that the burger was perfectly medium. In my opinion, an absurdity for a 4 star restaurant. Either the burger is well cooked or prepared differently upon request. It's not possible to offer a burger only medium without prior agreement, although even medium would be saying too much for this burger. We still met with understanding from the waitress who then gave us a voucher for two free drinks at the bar.In the registration form we stated that we wanted room service for Monday and hung the sign requesting room service on the outside of the door on that day. When we returned late in the evening, the sign was still there, the room was unmade, the old towels were still there and the toilet paper hadn't been replenished. At the reception we were given new towels and toilet paper. In my opinion, this is also not convincing for a 4 star hotel.In summary, it was a nice stay, the offers such as a city tour and a visit to the Panorama Tower were very attractive, but due to a number of shortcomings it was not a 4 star hotel and in this respect it was too expensive in terms of price-performance ratio

We stayed at the Atlanta for a few nights.The service is extremely friendly. The hotel itself is okay but relatively expensive. The pool on the upper floor is nice, but you don't have a view of Leipzig from the pool, but rather the window frame. The gym is good for cardio. But very sparsely equipped for strength training and very outdated. Unfortunately I can't say anything about room service because it didn't come to us despite our request.The restaurant is also relatively overpriced. The kitchen is not necessarily to be praised. However, despite everything, it was a nice place close to Leipzig with a very attentive welcome and very friendly service in the restaurant.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and very good service!

The room was clean and nicely decorated, but there were black streaks all over the walls.As if someone had thrown the leather furniture across the room.We were asked to get a new room.Unfortunately, the "air conditioning/heating" in the room was hardly successful when the outside temperature was 30°C.Even when the fan was at max and the temperature was at 5°C, the room didn't even come close to 20°C, even the outside temperature from 8 p.m. was colder than the system.The only positive thing was the service and the operation.The breakfast was very tasty, as was the restaurant.However, I wouldn't recommend the hotel because the wellness area is absolutely too small for the size of the hotel and I'm talking about a whirlpool that can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 5 people.Remember the hotel has 6 floors for rent.
