Staff very friendly and good breakfast. Room ok for a short vacation. As mentioned several times, you can hear the trams, but not so loud that you can't sleep. It is centrally located, you can reach the city with restaurants etc. in 5 minutes.

Bathrooms urgently need a thorough cleaning including shower head, this is just disgusting. Staff bored, disinterested and indifferent. When asked about the cleanliness of the bathroom and incorrect information on the website, there was a shrug of the shoulders and not a word of regret. Rooms are really tiny, more like rabbit hutches than hotel rooms. Only the location in an absolutely central location is praiseworthy.

Very noisy environment due to the location. Tram junction directly in front of the hotel with several stops. Parking spaces only in the parking garage with a daily price of 7 euros, but recommended.

Hotel and location OK so far. Service in terms of a double payment made both on Booking.com and again in the hotel is absolutely subpar. Even after exactly 20 days, we are still waiting for our refund. Therefore once a Best Western and never again...

A good hotel in the center of Leipzig directly opposite the main station. The single room was small and functionally equipped, with a view of a ruined building, but quiet and clean. No fridge or minibar in the room. The breakfast was good and plentiful, the staff were very nice. There are parking spaces in the parking garage directly opposite the hotel.

Location is very good, but things are advertised that are available but never work. There is supposed to be air conditioning, but it doesn't work and due to the location with the main train station and tram right in front of the window, you can't sleep with the window open. We've been there twice now and even complaining didn't make any difference.

A hotel with weaknesses.My room was very narrow in terms of spatial structure. There was a television and a safe, which was a bit difficult to use.I found hair all over the floor in the bathroom.3 star hotel or not. This amount of hair really doesn't have to be there.The location of my room was not ideal as there was a tram station directly opposite the room window. This made it difficult to get a restful sleep.The breakfast was good and plentiful, there is nothing to complain about here.The location of the hotel is close to the main train station and therefore very good.The 2 star deduction is because of the hair in the bathroom and the poor soundproofing of the tram station.For a 3 star hotel it otherwise serves its purpose.

The room was spacious and clean, and there was nothing to complain about in terms of furnishings. We booked the hotel for one night because it was opposite the main train station.Unfortunately the tram leaves in front of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and it was very loud. The smoke detector in the room gave a false alarm twice. My apologiesUnfortunately no one came from reception.

I have never slept in such a bad hotel. The beds are so laid out that you feel like you're sleeping in a tent and if the other person turns around, you'll be knocked over with them. In addition, the tram stops and starts again every 5 minutes. We lived on the first floor and it was very, very loud. The pillows are lumpy.

We stayed at the hotel with a group of 11 people. All fellow travelers were enthusiastic about the staff (helpful, friendly), the rooms (spacious and clean) and the breakfast (something for everyone, very fresh and plentiful). The proximity to the main train station and the city center are simply optimal. You can recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as a stopover on a longer trip. We really liked the hotel. The rooms were clean and stylishly furnished. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was sufficient. Even though the hotel is right in the center near the train station, the rooms were very quiet. Thanks to the air conditioning you could leave the windows open at night. I've never experienced such a quiet air conditioner. It's really great. We would travel to this hotel again at any time.

Both with castors that cannot be locked - and also fairly soft mattresses. Sleeping wasn't that great for us. But next time we should somehow inform the hotel that we really want a double bed, then it will work.The bathroom doesn't have a door that you can close - just a sliding door that's offset from the wall, so it's open on both sides. It doesn't work at all.The bathroom wall is milky transparent - so you can put on a show when showering, for example.Rooms facing the street are rather noisy - you can hear the tram very well.The wellness area and lounge no longer really exist.

Absolutely centrally located. Very nice staff. We had the family room on the 7th floor. Very large room with two areas. Large bathroom. Very clean. Good soundproofing. The air conditioning very weak. Breakfast very good. Not a great selection, but fresh and tasty. The coffee was tasty. All in all a fair offer for a weekend in Leipzig.

A nice hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff. Unfortunately there were problems with the elevator. Two elevators one out of service. Very loud traffic, loud trams. Very quickly at the station in a minute. 4 minutes to the city center and restaurants.
