The hotel fell into our souls ☺️☺️☺️It's so cozy and clean.And what kind of staff))) are not intrusive, and at the same time very very very responsive. Thanks to the staff for their responsiveness Ngakan, Mang Adi, Ngurang, thank you very much 🙏🙏🙏Ngakan thank you very much for your approach to the guests and the wonderful room, our room was amazing, bright, cozy, and a very beautiful view.Thank you very much to Mang Adi from my mom for the best coffee 👍👍👍Very warm memories, then I went to other hotels. But I wanted to return to Kubu Rama Ubud Cottage.Spend more time at the hotel, it is small but very warm and cozy, you will want to return there. I'm very sorry that I didn't spend enough time with him. Very warm and homely atmosphere, this hotel is very “native” and cozy.

We loved staying at this hotel, myself and a friend for 5 nights.The staff are so friendly and helpful. It was my friends birthday and they made such an effort to make it special for her. The location is very close to central Ubud, just a 10 minute bike away, and also the street is nice and quiet.Thank you so much to Ngurah, Risti, Ngakan and Mang Adi!

This is one of the most cost-effective hotels among the many hotels in Ubud.A lovely villa awaits you at the end of the narrow alley.This time I stayed alone, but I think it's a great place for couples to spend a romantic time.Also, my personal recommendation is the stone bath.I think taking a bath like this is a valuable experience.

Book here if you want a nice, spacious room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Even received us at 1:30am.We arranged an airport pickup through the hotel and we are so glad that we did. Lekker place for South Africans ! They speak English very well. And even understand our thick SA accents!I 100 percent recommend

Guest reception was unclear, even though before I booked, they said the villa was still empty. As soon as I paid the down payment, the next day it was canceled, saying someone had already occupied the villa. Please correct the SOP🗿

Amazing rooms with gorgeous bathrooms. Really loved the upstairs rooms with the big balcony. Family who owns the hotel is super friendly and will help you with everything!Definately book it !

DISAPPOINTED with the service provided by the OWNER!At the end of last November we chatted with the cottage to see if it was still available on 31 December, and the cottage responded and coincidentally the one who could chat was the OWNER, he said it was still available, the next day my siblings and I went straight there, when we got there the place was good and yes it was not bad and Finally we decided to book a deal on December 31st, and we immediately paid the full price, after paying half the price the next day I immediately paid the full payment, and it was a deal! When I wanted to ask for an invoice, my chat was not read all day by the OWNER, he said yes, I'll send it in a moment, okay, I'll wait, until the next day I asked for the invoice again in the afternoon, then the OWNER sent it, okay, that's the deal.Ehhh, suddenly on December 11, yesterday there was no wind and rain. My booking was just canceled by the OWNER, they said that on December 31 there was a double booking, I don't want to know because I already paid in full, and they said the booking on December 31 was already available. booked on November 2 yesterday and I asked for responsibility to help find a cottage at the same price but instead the OWNER simply said he couldn't and would refund my money! I wanted to come to the cottage to meet about the responsibility but the OWNER didn't want to, the reason was that he was making a fuss with his husband! That's none of my business! I don't want to know about his household affairs, I just want to be professional about his work!Here it's not a question of money or anything, I just ask for professionalism in selling, plus they say there is no booking board there! and SOPs are not implemented at all! It's impossible for a cottage that good to have no booking reminder!If it was a foreigner, maybe this would have been prosecuted, but my fellow Balinese still have HEART!Indeed, my money was refunded, but the method of refunding was unethical and there was no etiquette to APOLOGIZE!I still have the chat evidence! 😅HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

In my opinion in place like this author coming to live here a year to right a story, or someone how want to rethink his life should live here. Peaceful place, rise fields, amazing view at morning and evening, quite place, bathroom and shower with half open roof. Amazing placeMinuses: old stuff. Not to much shops around.But minuses, I think, it’s result of benefits.
