Very nice and fresh hotel with very tasty breakfast. The restaurant is also highly recommended. The room was very nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The team around the horses are very friendly and good riding instructors. Riding on the beach is just as much a part of it as working and riding indoors. It was a very nice holiday on the Baltic Sea.

I go to Friesenhof regularly and really enjoy being here. The rooms are spacious, the staff is very nice, the food is great, dogs are welcome here - it couldn't be better. The only drawback is the location on a busy road with speeds of 80 km / h - but the proximity to the beach (about a 20 minute walk through the forest) makes up for it.

My wife and I have nothing to complain about at the Hotel Friesenhof. Very nice and friendly service, good breakfast and clean rooms. The restaurant prices are probably the same on the Baltic Sea.The distance to the beach is about 1km. But not unusual for dog owners. I can highly recommend the hotel for dog owners. But I don't like doing that because I'll have problems getting a room myself.

I would have liked to give full points, but due to the cleanliness of our room that is not possible.The service is impeccable, the breakfast buffet is extensive and the food in the restaurant is simply delicious and very generous portions.Unfortunately our room didn't look like that.The windows in the indoor pool should also be cleaned. The pool itself is very clean.I have raised this issue with reception and hope that something will be changed. It's a very nice hotel and it would be a real shame if you lost your guests by neglecting cleanliness.

We can only recommend this hotel, especially if you have a four-legged friend. The hotel is located in the middle between Karlshagen and Trassenheide and yet everything is easy to reach on foot, by bike or by car. The beach is not so crowded and can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot through a forest via sandy paths or footpaths. Just the thing for dogs and horses.The hotel itself is very well maintained, clean and modernly furnished. The staff was really friendly, the breakfast buffet and the restaurant were very, very good.

We had dinner in the restaurant there yesterday, September 8th, 2024. My wife ordered the Mediterranean vegetable strudel and I ordered the fried pike-perch fillet. We both had severe stomach problems today, I even had to throw up. The service was super nice but the food, at least when we visited yesterday, was unfortunately anything but adequate.

Nice hotel, beautiful horses to admire. You could also book horse riding. We were only here for 2 nights. The way to the beach is a little longer (on foot with children) at least 15-20 minutes. But it's a nice path through the forest (on sandy paths). You can rent bikes in the hotel and then in 5-10 minutes you can be at what I consider to be the most beautiful beach on Usedom. Very wide and deserted beach. There are no takeaways. But you can rent a beach chair at the hotel. At the same time it is a dog beach, but when we were there at 27 degrees there was only 1 dog. The hotel is very easy to visit with your dog. There is a simple pool and a restaurant where you can eat well. Food tastes good and the price is right. There are rabbits, cats and horses to admire, and there is also a small playground within sight of the restaurant. The views of forest, meadows and horses are priceless.

Hello.We were on the Baltic Sea for a short time with our small family and were looking for accommodation a week in advance.The Friesenhof had the most normal price for me, but that's a big compliment.Other providers were over 1000 euros/+ for the 4 days and that is too expensive for me.The Friesenhof was at 800cm and also offers something else.The indoor pool, horses, rabbits, dogs...a few mosquitoes :DYou can also rent the beach chairs for 12 euros (all day) 6 euros for half a pound (it's worth its weight in gold since I have light skin type: toast bread)The path to the beach leads through a little forest which is incredibly relaxing and quiet.The staff I met (reception) always knew how to help (even if the remote control was gone, they had a new one ^^)I would like to particularly praise the breakfast staff again and thank them early for the discussions.Unfortunately I didn't ask for the name but that gave the farm a friendly face.I would still like to leave a note.People who want to sleep quietly in bed should take the couch (if available) the beds squeak nasty 😅The Friesenhof is particularly suitable as a starting point for exploring the surrounding area with the kids because there are all the things like the butterfly hall, dinosaur park, etc. Etc. Everything is around the corner.The farm is also right on a cycle path where you can visit the next places and stock up (net, etc. is just around the corner)I wish the Friesenhof team all the best...thank you for letting me be a guest.Many greetings Hannes and family :]

Very nice restaurant. Large selection of food and drinks. Very friendly staff. We ate in the winter garden and were able to watch the horses in the various paddocks from there. The drinks and food ordered were prepared very quickly despite the relatively high capacity utilization. The portions were generous and very tasty. The prices are perfectly fine.

Nice, clean riding hotel in a nice location, even for non-riders. Bicycle rental on the doorstep. Not far to the beach by car. A little away from the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet to relax as a family despite the raging children. Nice service, everyone was very friendly! We will come back.

We enjoyed our stay at what we fondly nicknamed, “The Horsey Hotel”! The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The outdoor dining area was so lovely. Rooms were clean, adequate, but rather spartan with small thin towels. Staff members were friendly, responsive and helpful. The pool was clean and cool…offering nice refreshing swim treat! The location was wonderful, with a 15-20 minute walk to the town of Trassenheide or to the beach.Our main suggestion would be to get ceiling fans (or even portable fans) in the rooms, which had no circulation, even with the window cracked open. It was very warm in the room as it was hot weather during our stay.We loved visiting the stables and seeing the gorgeous horses boarding there!It was a relaxing stay in a lovely environment, and we would come back!

We are now regular guests here, definitely once a year. Everything is very familiar here. We like the new rooms. The staff is always friendly and everyone is willing to listen if there are any problems.
