Room was very clean, soap was all available, you don't need to bring your own, towels were also there, everything was nice and clean. In the small refrigerator there are various drinks and there is still space for a pack of sausage or cheese that you have bought yourself. Cozy light in the room, you can also adjust the heat in the bathroom so that you don't freeze after showering. We were here for my birthday, there was a nice birthday table for breakfast and plenty of food. In front of the hotel there is a nice bakery in the morning and in a few minutes you are right by the sea. The service was also very great, we would love to come back.

A regular guest for many years, we almost always got the room we wanted. Very nice and friendly staff always tried to respond to requests. Everything was very clean, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. You feel at home. Will check in there again in October. We wish the owners and all employees all the best for the future. Booked a hotel and simply stayed in the neighboring hotel. It's probably standard here, but I want to stay in the hotel I booked. Point deduction.I'm not super picky, but a musty room that doesn't go away even with ventilation creates a negative climate. 2 points deducted. Everything is a bit old.

We stayed at Haus Eden for one night. Our room was clean and with a small view of the Baltic Sea.Fast and friendly processing with early check-in and check-out.The breakfast was rich and attractively presented.We would be happy to come back there. 😊

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to stay there. The hotel doesn't notice its customers at all and doesn't accommodate them at all. In our case, they did not exercise their good will to cancel the cancellation fees for a double booking made in error. We mistakenly booked 2 rooms at the same time because the system said that one was no longer available. The matter was reported to the property by the customers on the same day. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, but had to pay for another room for 2 (!) nights (!) that we didn't use! That's why we arrived at the hotel and weren't a no-show. In such situations, hotels accommodate their customers and do not charge them for double booking if they are staying at the hotel anyway. Furthermore, there was neither a manager nor a hotel owner that we could speak to. When we asked to speak to the owner we were told that "he doesn't want to speak to us" which is outrageous customer service! We repeatedly asked two receptionists to let us speak to management and each time they turned us away, even in the middle of speaking to them we were interrupted and told to leave. The property did not want to speak to the representative of the reservation system about our matter and did not respond to multiple emails.Conclusion: scandalous customer service. No chance of agreement in case of a problem.

Right on the beach access, in a perfect location. We didn't take advantage of the wellness offer, but we felt very comfortable. All employees were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable ♥️
