I will first rate the facilities and then the service.About the equipment:Positive: Location, breakfast was good, sauna area clean and tidy, upon arrival a small coloring book with crayons for the little guests as well as information about things to do in the area with children, rooms were clean, comfortable bedsNegative: the rooms are functionally designed but very careless overall, the living room area with kitchen is dark, some of the lamps are broken or have light bulbs that are far too dark, a terrible couch that is neither suitable for sitting nor sleeping, extras such as fish or coffee specialties Breakfast only on request, room service half-hearted (no new dishwashing tabs, no fresh tea towel), hotel complex unsuitable for small children, for example a small play area while eating would have been nice, on some days chart music at breakfast or no music at all and you could do that Hearing smacking from the people sitting next to you - subtle background music would have been pleasant, employees or their acquaintances smoking in front of the hotel next to the breakfast room, it would have been more discreet behind the houseService:We travel a lot, but something like this has never happened to me: When I checked out, I was told that I still had to pay an amount of XY. So far ok with underground parking, tourist tax and bathrobes. However, the final total did not match the calculation on the invoice. When I asked, neither of the two women at reception could or wanted to give me an explanation for the difference. One of the two was the boss herself, but she only identified herself as the boss in the course of the conversation and only when asked. I spent half an hour asking for clarification and was told off that I had to do it myself via Expedia and that unfortunately the hotel couldn't do anything. However, my stay had already been fully billed via Expedia and it was obvious that there was an error in the hotel bill. So without any clarification, I left the hotel and got into my car. The boss followed me, I was already sitting in the car with the window open, she pulled me by the sleeve and explained to me that unfortunately she couldn't do anything.15 minutes later the boss called and said that there was probably an error in the processing because of the VAT. Hotel/Expedia was available and the amount XY should be transferred back to me.At home I calmly noticed that completely different account/credit card details were listed on the bill and not my details. Apparently there was a mix-up. I asked for an explanation via email. This came soon and supposedly these were virtual credit cards from Expedia and not the data of other customers (? This is not on customer invoices, but is internal to the hotel).Overall, there was no insight from the boss, mistakes can happen - it wouldn't have been a shame to admit it. But then inventing white lies and trying to make the customer look like a fool that everyone else is to blame except the hotel itself, I find it unprofessional and customer-unfriendly. Following and touching is also a no-go. An apology and an offer of compensation would have been correct! Never again

Good Morning.This year our vacation at your hotel was again very nice.Everyone is very friendly on the phone and on site and is open to any questions or personal concerns.We have already booked with you again for summer 2025.A special compliment to all the service staff for their great work, e.g. in the breakfast room. A very nice and well-maintained hotel. All the employees were always very friendly. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, not too big but not too small either, so that everyone could find something. The rooms were neat and clean.

Employees are friendly at all times, both on the phone and on site. Another hotel was originally planned, but unfortunately everything went wrong. In the short term I had to look for an alternative. And thanks to the great staff, I had a really great apartment and the dog was allowed to come with me too. Room or apartment 216 was ideal for us. Quiet location and lots of space! Breakfast was completely sufficient. However, fruit lovers should stick to it, especially when it comes to kiwis 😊 Rolls were also good except for one day 👍🏻 The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right by the sea! 😃Thank you for the lovely stay. And thank you very much for saving my vacation! See you again 😊👋🏻

Are repeat customers because the hotel really stands out because of the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. We arrived with our dog and felt genuinely welcome. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. And the location is fantastic. Any time!

Were there for the second time now...again we weren't disappointed. Room was very good and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied...the Kaiserschmarrn...mmhhh😋...service and staff were very nice. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Great apartment with a balcony, we felt very comfortable. We also liked the car with direct parking space allocation. The reception and service in the restaurant were very friendly, attentive and helpful.

We were there for a short vacation. A very nice apartment hotel. We absolutely cannot recommend half board in the Pescado restaurant, the breakfast is good, but we didn't like the fact that you have to decide on breakfast times due to the somewhat cramped conditions in the Pescado restaurant. Nevertheless, we had nice days there.

Nice hotel, right on the sea. Parking is available, for a fee, under the hotel. Rooms are spacious for 4 people. Own mini kitchen, dining table and (sleeping) sofa. Sofa bed was very hard. Friendly welcome and delicious breakfast. Between the buildings is a nice library / playroom with a wide range of (German) books and games.

We spontaneously decided to spend a few days here. The location very close to the beach is fantastic. Underground parking space for vehicles is available. Rooms are cozy and attractively designed. Breakfast simply brilliant. By making reservations at different times and thereby distributing the tables widely in the restaurant's breakfast room, you can really enjoy it in detail.

We were guests with our two dogs on a weekend in January. Even the check-in was super friendly and we immediately felt welcome. We even paid attention to the choice of apartment so that our dogs had the shortest possible route to the exit. The apartment was large, very clean and nothing was missing. We booked breakfast and were thrilled with the variety. Our apartment was intended for people with limited mobility, so we had a large floor-to-ceiling shower and a correspondingly larger parking space. The location is really phenomenal, because in just a few minutes you can be at the pier and watch the wonderful sunsets in winter. We would love to come back 🐺🐺

We were here for 5 days in August.My amount was a little too long, so I had to take it apart and insert it into the appropriate fields.That's why it's best to read under Rooms and Food first and then here. :-)———What we didn't like:- Unfortunately there is no storage space for cell phones or tablets near the socket.- no clothespins available. When asked, they simply said there were none... We are used to more service from a 4 star hotel. We had to go buy our own.- noisy outside, until late at night, at least given the location facing the street - pedestrian zone, opposite the snack bar is open late.- only 1 dishwashing tap for the whole weekNo one added more to the daily cleaning here.The cleaning was very imprecise anyway.- The dirty edge in the bathtub from the second day remained with us until the end of our visit.. . The toilet wasn't cleaned properly either.- the lighting above the mirror flickered terribly. The other lamp is connected to the fan, so you could bathe with disco lights or in the dark... or with tea lights. That's what we decided on. Necessity is the mother of invention. ^^- There was no towel in the second bathroom- the teapot was dirty. To be on the safe side, we washed the dishes we used ourselves before using them.- the tub was very narrow and small, I'm only 1.60m and 55kg. I had to turn my upper body to the side to lather my hair so as not to hit my elbows on the wall.- the towel holder is installed far too low! You can't even get there.- the refrigerator is damaged (plastic inside broken off)- The trash can in the kitchen is far too small and very difficult to use. With swing lid. We just kept the lid next to it so we didn't have to bend over all the time.- In the hallway and also in the bathroom we missed a stool for storage and also for sitting.

Attractive apartment complex with a great breakfast buffet. Rooms are not huge, but quite sufficient. Small kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, 2 bedrooms (large double bed and bunk bed, each with its own TV). Good television program, unfortunately with a satellite dish, which somewhat impairs reception in bad weather. But internet runs fast and smoothly. Nice staff and very good breakfast buffet. You can relax very well here. Great proximity to the beach and jetty! Heated underground parking spaces

The accent apartment hotel is, if you will, right in front of the pier. The apartments are different sizes. There were two of us there. The bedroom is very comfortable with the bed and the closets are also sufficient. The kitchen/living area has enough tables and chairs and is well equipped with enough baking/cooking dishes. Both rooms have a TV so you can watch in the living room or bedroom.The bathroom with shower and toilet is quite large and the washing area is suitable for 2 people.If there are any problems, the helpful and friendly caretaker and service staff are on hand immediately.We felt very comfortable here.Another note.We had breakfast in the restaurant in the house and in the evening we had the three-course menu. To the kitchen staff, it was really tasty, thank you.
