Subterranean in every respect (price-performance, opening hours of the restaurants, the presence of a "bar" is stated in the booking, but it cannot be found at 11 p.m., hygiene, wear and tear, investment backlog everywhere).This is probably intentional and calculated; The hotel's answers have obviously been the same for many years:"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused on arrival. This does not meet our standards and we will ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent such incidents in the future"Haha, admit that this is part of your concept of profit maximization.

I was satisfied. Had a double room as a single room. The shower should be cleaned thoroughly as there is brownish dirt in the silicone seal. Location is good. Breakfast buffet is also OK with attentive staff.

How much money did the hotel pay for its stars???Even one star would be very benevolent!!Carpeting old, dirty, smellySink with ancient, brown lime around the drain.No slip protection in the smooth bathtub, which is also a showerIf you stay for a week, no new towels - only for an extra fee.No room or bathroom cleaning during your stay...do it yourself!! You also have to get the bedsdo it yourself.Only one elevator works. The second one has been broken for a long time.Only the serving staff is a bright spot...always friendly!!

Facilities worn out. Breakfast good. Acceptable for one night without any demands. Unacceptable for a nice vacation. Reception and service in the restaurant were great. When booking, I would point out that I will not accept a shabby room. At least the bathroom seemed to have been renovated, even if the bathtub (a bathtub after all ❤️ll was already battered.

The ambience is frightening. From the hallway to the room. If you like showering in the tub, you'll get your money's worth here. The staff very friendly. We were even able to get to our room at 12 p.m., which isn't available everywhere. Elevator? Luckily our room was on the first floor. Only one of two elevators (apparently for a long time) is working. Refrigerator, air conditioning…… none! We were probably lucky again. Summer was already over. We can only recommend the breakfast. The staff here is also very friendly. I can't say anything about the price/performance ratio (a gift from my children). If these are the prices I found, then the ratio is definitely not right.

Very centrally located hotel. Pay parking spaces in front of the door. Very inexpensive with a daily ticket of €6. Nice staff at reception. Breakfast can definitely be recommended. There is something for everyone and the staff is friendly and fulfills your wishes. Went at 9 a.m. and the place went. Room was clean and the need for renovation cannot be overlooked. Price performance was right for us. Would book again if I'm in Stralsund.

This has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel. I was a guest there for 5 days two weeks ago. The rooms facing the street felt like 50 degrees in the afternoon, and there was no refrigerator in the rooms. The carpet throughout the house is covered in stains. The restaurant area including the kitchen can be rated positively, as well as the location of the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my family at the weekend and we were very disappointed for the high price.Positive:-very nice staff-good location to the city center-good breakfastNegative:- the second elevator is (still) not working, which means longer waiting times with wheelchairs and strollers- Corridor floors on the respective floors littered with huge stains, bare walls, no feel-good atmosphere- Room facilities are terrible, creaky beds, sagging mattresses, no kettle, no fridge, outdated, non-functioning blinds, no air conditioning, dirty windows, bare walls, no feel-good factor- Room cards kept unloading (supposedly incorrect storage in the bag)biggest impudence:- Child (9 months old) charged €7.50 for breakfast (we only needed hot water for tea and milk and half a roll to nibble on)On the whole, not recommended and we will not be returning.

We were there for a weekend. I was already served at check-in. Underground parking €17 per day. Opposite the hotel on the side of the road €6. Hotel is on a main street, very noisy. What was supposed to be roller shutters was broken (on request for several years). Therefore the room was very heated. The windows were dirty and full of cobwebs and fly worms. Read through mattresses. Strip on cupboard broken off. No air conditioning, no refrigerator, no ceiling light. Peeling carpet edges.Stains on the carpet. Broken faucet on the bathtub. There were also lots of stains in the hallways and stairwells. No pictures or other decoration. Second elevator still broken after months. No terrace to sit comfortably. Parts of the breakfast area are in the foyer, therefore very loud and uncomfortable. Breakfast was simple. The only positive thing is the friendly staff. Unfortunately we felt ripped off with the prices.
