The hotel is located directly on the promenade, is rustic and has a lot of flair. It has been furnished with a lot of love and the nickname “favorite place” is definitely justified. It's easy to overlook smaller things. The bathroom is a bit narrow and the rooms are a bit noisy. And the wooden stairs also require some skill to use. A house with a long history. But everything is clean and the staff is nice and accommodating :)

Everything was great...immediately on the promenade with a view of the lake...helpful, friendly and what I really liked...you could completely relax...no one was annoying...it was just right for me. I also really liked the coffee machine...coffee in the room at no extra cost...3 thumbs up for that and the cake made from the coffee downstairs is really recommendedI parked my car in the large parking lot at the Kurhaus and parked it really well using the easy parking app. There are enough parking spaces all around...I would love to come back any time...Thank you for the great time...

I stayed there with a friend for two nights as part of the change of scenery campaign and we were thrilled by the ambience of the hotel. It's certainly noisy because the room doors can't keep out the noise from the stairwell - but that wasn't a big deal. The narrow bathroom may be a problem for tall people, but my girlfriend and I are more of a "earth sucker" group and we also fit normally in the toilet. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of delicacies and you could order unlimited coffee specialties. The only challenge is the parking situation in front of the house, as you are not allowed to park on Kaiserallee and there are only four free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. But we managed it with the help of the very, very nice employees. Thank you for the wonderful time with you! We will be back!
