The house is in a really quiet location, if you want to experience something you always have to take at least a 20 minute drive. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio here is not right at all.Everything is very old-fashioned and outdated, whether it's bed linen, towels or kitchenware.A large part consists of promotional gifts from the institution. If you don't pay close attention, you will be charged for things that you didn't damage yourself or that were already damaged. To be honest, with cookware that has probably been in the inventory for 20 years, I think everything is fine and the landlord should perhaps take that into account. You also have to bring everything you need with you. The stove is very clean but there is no baking paper for the oven so you have to get it yourself. The cutlery is also a find from the good old days and was probably used here for cost reasons. The cutlery is as dull as a dead dog bites. The bathrooms are very clean and it's also great that you have your own bathroom in the second room and also a large bathroom in the basement. The house itself is furnished in a poppy style, which I think is a shame because the house is called Haus Rügen and has nothing to do with Rügen. There is no Baltic Sea feeling at all in this house, as there isn't even a real swimming area nearby. If you travel with a dog you are really at a loss because there is no real swimming area anywhere. What really bothered us personally was the mosquito plague, the children were the worst affected and some of them looked very battered afterwards and the somewhat arrogant landlady is of the opinion that cold water can solve everything. What I can't understand is how you can equip a house with carpeting these days, especially if a house is supposed to be suitable for dogs. What was of course very nice was the small, cozy garden, with a fenced area where even a dog can move freely, but unfortunately the garden furniture is full of cobwebs and needs to be cleaned first.A small fountain in the garden is probably intended to make the ambience more cozy. The large garden, which is for general use, is unfortunately very old. The area around it is very well maintained, but the play equipment is probably from the times when the landlord's children were still children.Unfortunately, I can't understand the many good reviews here and I also assume that these are often the landlord's circle of friends. If you visit the house, do yourself a favor and please take stock of the property together with the landlord and go through every detail so that you don't end up being charged anything.Really look at the cookware, count the plates, cups and glasses, pay attention to the pots and pans.Look at the wooden spoons and the boards and see if the kettle really works, because this family likes to charge you for everything quickly. What you should also know is that although there is a washing machine and it is included in the offer, you have to pay €5 per use and I'm not entirely sure whether the landlord doesn't actually check that.We didn't really dare to wash because I think it's really overpriced.I'm also not sure whether the family that lives right next door really pays attention to discretion.Waste is separated using a yellow bag, but you have to organize your own garbage bags because there are no bags in the house. If the family doesn't check the garbage in advance and look closely at what is thrown away.
