Just bad!Absolutely not recommended!No air conditioning, windows you can't open!! The ventilation system didn't help either! We couldn't sleep because of the heat!! Very loud on the street side!!Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! When you shower you flood the bathroom 🙈🙈The curtain wasn't hanging on the rails, how can you rent out a room like that?

We arrived at around 4 p.m., did a guided tour, arrived back at 7 p.m. when we noticed that nothing had been cleaned in our room, the beds hadn't been made, the trash hadn't been emptied, the shower and sink hadn't been cleaned dirty and even more, so all in all the room was still trashed by the person in front of us, then we told the staff about it, whereupon he assured us that it would be cleaned immediately, but when we arrived at around 9 p.m., we noticed that Nothing has been done yet, the used coffee cups, the dirty curtain and the points mentioned above, nothing has changed. When we informed the staff a second time, we realized that not only had our room not been cleaned, but that nothing had been done in many rooms on several floors after hours. Unfortunately, the woman at the reception has more piercings and tattoos than IQ points, as the only thing she could tell us was that she couldn't do anything about it, which unfortunately didn't help anyone. I hope that the situation will improve, but unfortunately I can't give less than one point, which is why I had to give this only one, so unfortunately absolutely no recommendation

Traveled here as a graduation trip. The rooms have not been cleaned by previous visitors. (Beds are obviously not freshly made after the last visit, used towels are on the floor and hair is in the sink and toilet). After pointing this out several times and leaving the room, it is still not cleaned after 4 hours. It's a shame as the last school trip with the class

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The Hotel canceled a reservation that we guaranteed with our credit card many months ago. They "offered" to move us - for the same price - to another poorly located hotel that was at an HOUR distance by foot in winter. But the price we paid was higher than what they are asking to new customers that were not canceled as we were. So they cancel and they offer to overcharge you. They refused to answer my messages for days. They still didn't respond. I never had such a horrible experience with Service in my life.

On a 10th grade graduation trip you wish for something different. Blood on the mattress and duvet - reported to reception - no exchange!Complaint itself was difficult because the staff at reception only spoke broken German?!?!There was a constant smell of drains in the room - this was also complained about but no response. A very unpleasant experience for underage students.Breakfast was ok - enough choice.More like a hostel!

This accommodation offers great value for your money. While it's not smack in the city center, it's just a few tram stops away, which worked perfectly for us. What made it particularly convenient was its proximity to the Flixbus terminal, making it an easy walking distance.

Dear people,I would like to tell you here to book a hotel and service and stay overnight.I stayed at the hotel in Munich for one night on March 2023.I think it's very great with service and very nice clean rooms. The receptionist was very friendly and very nice and respected and understandable and she offered me extra rooms. I'm happy, but the kitchen wasn't ok but I don't think it's a big deal because I'm just bringing my own food. Thank you for everything. I recommend you go there. Update:After staying here for a while I must say. I love this hotel. And the staff. And the location.Check-in and staff: The staff is awesome. Very attentive, helpful and nice. It actually feels like I am staying in a family driven hotel. And they helped me out with the nerve-wrecking guests I mentioned at the beginning.Rooms & Cleaning:The rooms are getting cleaned up regurlarly. Also the sheets get changed once per week and I get every second day fresh towels. Windows can be tilted. Rooms are not big but to me personally the cleaniness is much more important (check my review on the other one at olympiapark)Guest kitchen:The guest is small but has everything that I'd needed to cook a nice meal. Unfortunately here some guests don't have manners at all but the staff is keeping track on that.Conclusion:This hotel in city center is for me definitely the better choice. The rooms are kept clean regurlarly, the Hackerbrücke is like 4 minutes away, staff is super amazing and service oriented, i feel welcomed and relaxed. And not to forget to mention the nice and cozy lobby.

it needed a renovation, in fact a few days after leaving the hotel it was closed for renovation. faulty elevator. poor bar. convenient location only for proximity to the S Bahn but not too close and not a very busy area so in the evening it wasn't the best with children to reach it...we stayed at the meininger in budapest and it is totally different while this one in munich disappointed me a bit due to the location, but above all the structure itself... the price is not too convenient but you can also stay in Munich!Let's hope it fits in with the other Meiningers

Great place, only a few minutes from the center and main station. Check-in was simple and the room was clean and comfortable. All you need for a few days stay in Munich.
