Everything is digital, check-in, check-out, door opening - without a smartphone, tablet or similar, you're lost. If you have fully arrived in the digital world, you can highly recommend it. Location is great, rooms clean and modern. Quick answers to my questions via email. However, there is no one on site because everything is digital.

Water drains very slow. Kitchen is rather hidden, I didn't know it existed after several days, a sign on the entrance would help. A microwave and a mini fridge would be nice. Other than that, everything nice, clean and comfy.

The rooms are new and there is nothing to complain about in terms of furnishings, but there is no reception and you often find yourself standing in front of locked doors until you finally reach someone on the phone. The channel programming on the TV is a disaster...when you finally find a channel you leave it on.The sink didn't drain and soap and shower gel were empty.Despite the please do not disturb sign, someone was still in the room and made the bed and forgot the cleaning products in the room...the empty soap was not refilled.

4 of us were booked in,, but totally failed to get past the complicated computer booking system needed to get us in, the phone number was obscure and we couldnt find it. So we simply went elsewhere. A lady who had paid in full before arring had the same problem. A nil rating would be appropriate.

We had a very pleasant week in this accommodation. With the 6 (tram), which leaves directly in front of the accommodation (1-2 minutes walk) in the direction of the city center (Königsplatz), you can be in the center of this beautiful city within 12 minutes.Of course, we were initially unsettled by the negative reviews, but we cannot confirm them at all.We opened the main entrance and the room probably 100 times this week without finding the door closed once. You don't really notice the busy street directly next to it either. We would recommend this accommodation at any time, even with small children you can have a nice stay here. There are plenty of parking spaces right in front of the door, and thorough cleaning is carried out daily if necessary.

Some things are nice, others half thought... to log in you need Res number Henry. I didn't receive it... no one answers the phone even during opening hours.Open the door via a switch on the website...do I have to log in again and again? I didn't dare go out.Any work corner where you won't be disturbed...? Not foundThe steps on the stairs to the top bed are so narrow... it's only possible for me with shoes on... so going to bed with work shoes... I don't think it's ideal...

Located at the busy intersection, so it is quite noisy until after midnight. The tram passes the building all night long. The lock on the door stopped working (you unlock the door with your phone) and I had to wait for over two hours for someone to answer the phone and open my room (pretty much on the street). That's why I was late for work.
