TLDR: Run down but clean, close to downtown Munich, no hot breakfast, Bring your own make-up mirror, coffee maker, coffee, face wash clothes, unscented dish detergent, unscented soap and shampoo and laundry detergent. Vegetable peeler. Use a laundromat nearby. Only 2 pillows.Laundry in basement is badly perfumed. They are stingy about fresh towels. Cleaning only once per week. No place to hang wet towels. 6th floor is moldy. Ask for room on a different floor. Bathroom mirror is brown an unusable for make up and hair. Use City Dry Clean Waschsalon (laundromat) on Rosenheimer Strasse 103, Faux leather is peeling on headboard and seat cushions. With open window, street is very noisy.Food markets and subway are close. Decor is depressing. Has a stove and pots and pans for cooking. Restaurant is mediocre.

We chose this hotel to go to Oktoberfest. It takes about 45 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by taxi. It's a little far from the venue, but it's nice and quiet.Immediately after entering the entrance, before checking in, I was given a free beer by a cheerful man wearing traditional German costumes🍻I wonder if it's a welcome drink during Oktoberfest? So delicious! The staff at the front desk also greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome! It has a kitchen, so if you're tired of eating out, you can cook for yourself. Perfect for long-term stays.

I enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. It was during Oktoberfest so they had a table set up at the entrance for a beer in the lobby each day! …

The service is catastrophic. I had water damage, had to move, no one helped, I wasn't told beforehand. There was nothing in return for the extra work. At least an invitation toBreakfast or something else. Plus everything always takes forever...
