The room smelled musty (various carpets), but towels and bed linen were fresh. Bus stop right in front of the door. Unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned properly, cobwebs in every corner, hair in the sink and shower remained there all week, and it obviously wasn't vacuumed. Hardly any water pressure in the shower and no working socket in the bathroom or on the bed. Triple the price during the Oktoberfest is probably normal, but then it should at least be clean! Never met anyone at reception. I would definitely not book again.

I needed an affordable hotel not far from the centre of Munich. It was clean and easy to get to. It was quiet. No extras but that was ok - there’s a bakery and cafe just up the road.

The rooms smelled gross, the shower drain is clearly clogged as it would very easily overflow, the overall vibe of the room was meh and the lock on our door was ancient. Generally not really a hotel that is in any way shape or form aesthetically pleasing but it was cheap and close to the center and we only stayed for a night so can’t complain too much. The rooms are incredibly noisy though so beware if you are a light sleeper (because we were very unlucky with our neighbours)

The hotel is very close to a bus stop, very convinient. The self check in was incredibly easy and seamless. The hotel itself was very clean, as was the room, the sheets and everything. Very nice, can recommend as a not so expensive stay in München.

Disastrous service.Very unfriendly on the phone - if reachable at all.Emails are only answered days later (after the planned stay) - which meant I couldn't use the late check-in and was allowed to spontaneously look for another accommodation.I strongly advise against it if you are not sure you can use the (very short) 3 hour period for normal check-in.

It is a hotel far from the center but public transport in Munich is very good and it is easy to get to. In addition, you can walk (it is a very safe city). We give them a very good rating because they were attentive when we asked for a water heater.For a 3 day stay, it is very good.

I tried to announce a parcel shipment before arrival by phone and was interrupted extremely rudely. I must have dialed the wrong number. After I explained further what it was about - and I obviously didn't make the wrong number - they couldn't guarantee me that the package would be accepted. Which isn't actually a bad thing, but I didn't expect to be insulted in such a grumpy way. You have to be able to check in at some point, so someone will probably be there to accept packages.Zero concept of service, zero friendliness, running a hotel here is probably the wrong career choice.

I was going to make a reservation that, due to the bank's error, the card did not authorize. From a message on booking, I found the service to be cold and impatient. Whoever helped me there told me not to make any more reservations at their hotel. I felt humiliated and after reading all this I feel grateful! They have a not very pleasant attendant! Change these employees, there are only complaints. Ugh

We stayed at the Hotel Giesing for two nights.+ central location+ Bus stop nearby+ Free parking options all around+ so far the rooms are clean+ fine garden restaurant nearby- The rooms are very noisy and the hotel is generally noisy- Interior is old- Duvets, pillows and curtains are heavily worn- The hostess is moody and not very friendly- Shared bathrooms/toilet are very small.- Thanks to October temperatures, the room was very cold- unfortunately no breakfast is offered- It feels more like you're in a hostelHowever, given the price, you can't expect more...OK for a short stay, but not recommended for longer stays.

I can't say much about the hotel because I couldn't start my trip. I accidentally entered an incorrect date. I wrote within 5 minutes that unfortunately I had made a mistake because I had to make a trip to Cannes 2 weeks later and I had given this date. I asked to change the date, which apparently wasn't possible as there were no rooms available. I got an email telling me to cancel. I have made. Well, you can also earn money like this, you pay 58 euros for the room and 59 euros for the cancellation fee.I find it a mess, to be honest, since I canceled a week before arrival. You can only avoid a hotel like this.
