Premier Inn Nürnberg City Centre Hotel

I love Premier Inn, I think the rooms are modern and the bathroom is also equipped. Nicely close to the city center, I always like to book with Premier Inn. Great price.

We know the Premier Inn from Hamburg and were very satisfied there. That's why we chose the Premier Inn in Nuremberg again.Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the room. The extra bed for our daughter was a fold-out armchair, which had an extremely hard three-part lying surface. You couldn't lie down and sleep well on it at all.The shower in the bathroom was also heavily infested with mold. In my opinion, that shouldn't be the case in a hotel like this. Unfortunately we didn't feel comfortable here.There are very few parking spaces at the hotel. We had to park the car far away from the hotel.The location of the hotel is central and the city center is within walking distance.

Very nice hotel and very centrally located.The employees were and are very friendly and helpful.We needed a room in the middle of the night, this wasn't a problem at all.Thank you very much, we would love to come back!!

The location is good, but otherwise there is nothing special.Check-in and check-out were inconsequential.The room is large and the bathroom has enough space.The beds are too soft and squeaky.When you sit on the toilet, you have to lean the lid against your back to flush it.Neutral: No USB sockets. If you, like me, forgot the USB power supply, you could use the car charging cable. You could.The breakfast is very simple and of low quality. The coffee is also just a broth.The underground car park costs €16. You can park your vehicle 50m further for little money.

For the price there is really nothing to complain about. The room was a bit small for the three of us but we were hardly in the room anyway so it was completely ok. What is actually missing is a refrigerator. Otherwise, despite the location between the tracks and the main road, it was surprisingly quiet. The windows are totally soundproof. You can get to the train station in just a few minutes and have perfect connections to public transport. The city is just a few minutes' walk away. We would book again at any time.

My main complaint regarding the hotel is regarding accessibility. It has two parking spaces for vehicles that drive or transport people with reduced mobility but they allow any vehicle to occupy them, without accreditation with the card that authorizes the use of these spaces throughout the EU. Both were occupied by unauthorized vehicles. The hotel consents to this and does not care, it does nothing to prevent it. They told me that they have been like this for 10 years. It didn't happen to me in any other hotel in Germany. In others where we were (the niu Mood, Mainz, B&B in Würzburg; NH Airport Frankfurt INT...) they made sure that those spaces were occupied ONLY by accredited vehicles. No matter how much I explained it to the reception staff, it was hitting the Berlin Wall before it fell. I asked for the "claim sheet" but they acted like they didn't understand it, they gave me the invoice, the hotel card so that I could write to the director... Unsuccessful. If you are a person with mobility problems or have a family member with this difficulty, even if you have accreditation to use reserved spaces... forget about this hotel, you will have to park in a nearby open field, with a mandatory payment of 11 euros per day, but not in the hotel. It's as if they don't have places for reduced mobility.We stayed two nights, they didn't fix the room. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave... there doesn't seem to be anyone in the room.We will not return. That clear.

Mattress in the room is somewhat hard, similar to the twig bed of Sinhá Vitória and Fabiano in Vidas Secas. Poorly functional distribution of furniture, underestimating the space of the room.
