We spent one night in the family room and were completely satisfied: the room was very nice, the food was great (especially the breakfast buffet) and the entire house has a cozy atmosphere. There is a play area for children and the staff is very attentive to the children. Two thumbs up!

I was traveling in a larger group (8 people) and chose the Berg'k'hof Kaisertal because of its great location, easy accessibility and the opportunity for wellness.We weren't disappointed (at first)!The manageable, clean and modern wellness area impresses with a great view of the Kaiser Mountains and can even be booked for private use (for a fair fee). The half board provided us with a delicious dinner and an excellent breakfast buffet. The latter was definitely worth the money, the dinner could have been a little more lavish for hungry mountaineers, even though it tasted very good.In short, the Berg'k'hof Kaisertal gets a recommendation.However, I would like to point out that the friendliness of the lease holder in dealing with the guest - be it in person or on the phone - leaves something to be desired. My tour group and I were not given a “nice that you are here” feeling.

Nice atmosphere, but the service is not in control of the situation and is also unfriendly when you point out that you missed your order. This is definitely something that needs to be improved. We hike through the valley every year, but from now on we won't stop here anymore.

Beautiful place accessible only via a one-hour hike. Comfortably furnished. Good breakfast but very simple dinner. At check-in you have to fill out a form yourself for 10 minutes. Overall, rather satisfactory.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at BergKhof! The location is fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking nature and wonderful peace. The team is incredibly warm and hospitable, you immediately feel at home. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped, so you feel completely comfortable. Particularly noteworthy are the delicious breakfast and the lovingly designed details that make the stay unforgettable.The BergKhof is also very child and dog friendly! Our dog was warmly welcomed. There is plenty of space to play and explore.If you are looking for relaxation, nature and first-class service, you have come to the right place. I can only warmly recommend the BergKhof and am already looking forward to my next visit!

The hike to Berg'hof is worth it! It was so nice with you. Our children (5,9,11 years old) and us adults naturally felt very comfortable. The boss takes very good care of his guests. The view was incredibly beautiful. We didn't miss anything. Very great atmosphere.We'll definitely be back.

We stayed one night in a 4-bed room (external bathroom) including half board. Location is great, especially with children (approx. 45 minutes climb) - yet in the middle of the mountains with a great view and many opportunities to hike even further from there.Both the food and service were top! Good mix of hotel & hut.The only “suggestion for improvement”: Sauna should open a little earlier to avoid a rush at 6 p.m.

Very relaxing - starting with the one hour climb to Berg'k'hof in Kaisertal. Days without TV in a beautiful landscape with countless hiking opportunities and very good food. I/we will definitely come back.

Rooms and food great, but quite expensive.Unfortunately very impersonal (at breakfast you were ignored by the staff), hospitality is different...Everything is organic and regional, but butter at breakfast is a small plastic portion.

We (ages 69/68/9) had a wonderful stay in an incredibly beautiful atmosphere. Here everything is tailored to the guest right down to the last detail.Very friendly, accommodating Florianand the entire staff was just totally attentive and friendly.We had booked half board. The breakfast buffet and dinner were simply a culinary delight!In between we tried the sensational Kaiserschmarren and the very tasty homemade lemonades.By the way, there are always plenty of themFree bottled water available.Conclusion:Yes, the climb is difficult for inexperienced, older and overweight people.But then you slowly get to your destination and when you get there you are really rewarded for your effort!- Simply an oasis of well-being in the middle of wonderful nature! -

Much ado about NOTHING. The appearance on site also promises a lot. However, nothing is held. The specialty Kaiserschmarrn was only expensive (14.50 euros) and, in my opinion, was just warmed up. Extremely doughy and contains few eggs. The Kaiserschmarrn on the Ritzaualm is much better. Conclusion: Too expensive and no performance. a no-go at this price. Even in South Tyrol these prices are not quoted. It's no wonder that no one wants to go out to eat anymore. Anyone who calls these prices must deliver at the highest level.

A beautifully located inn that invites you to linger for a longer period of time in a beautiful atmosphere.We stopped there as part of a hike during a company outing. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was brought to the table quickly and we all really enjoyed it. We were completely satisfied, of course also in terms of price-performance ratio.

Yoga in the morning with a view of the Wilder Kaiser, followed by a delicious breakfast in a cozy atmosphere: there is no better way to start the day. And there are numerous hiking opportunities to explore the mountains directly from the hotel. The dinner is not at a gourmet level, but it is decent. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because winter arrived too early. That also worked great. We recovered wonderfully and would love to come back.
