Location was great and easily accessible to most tourist districts! Slight concern would be some seemingly homeless that would hang loose around the central station. Other than that, the overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable.Reception team: on 19 Oct night when we checked in, the staff was polite and the process was quick and fast! Kudos to him and to our surprise that he was also the staff that sent up the amenities kit to our room that same night. Also to appreciate and give recognition to the reception staff (guy) on 23 Oct night. He was alert, sharp and swift to pull out a drunk guy that tried to sneak into the hotel lift with another group of hotel guest and us while we were about to head up to our rooms.Cleaning team: the guy and lady staff on the 12th floor were really friendly and facilitated our requests/needs despite us putting no room cleaning.Breakfast buffet team: Jenny and Nicola were friendly and provided excellent services to make sure our meal was enjoyable. They went around to offer drinks and small plates which were cute! Selection was wide and offers oats milk, gluten free breads. They also provide utensils and napkins for children which were very thoughtful.

Beautiful house right next to the main train station. The entrance area is beautifully designed, as are the different floors. The mood and ambience in the lobby are extremely pleasant. The view from the upper floors is also breathtaking. Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to stay in one of the rooms, but I will definitely do so in the future.A big thank you to Sergiy who showed a lot of kindness and incredible hospitality and took the time to show me around the house.The food and drinks at the bar are super delicious! Many thanks also to the bar team.I'm really looking forward to coming back soon and enjoying the experience to the fullest.With very kind regards

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for four days as a seminar leader and I have nothing but positive things to say. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent service from Nicola and Bohre, who greeted me with a beaming smile every morning. I have from 12.10. - 13.10. Stayed at the NH Collection Munich on the occasion of the Munich Marathon. Here I really have to say: Top hotel, great location, nice rooms and nice staff. I would particularly like to highlight the service employee Sergej (I hope I remember his name correctly) who worked at the Pre Marathon Pasta Buffet on October 12th. really super super nice, accommodating and you could really tell he loves what he does. Keep it up! Definitely coming back. :-)

The location is great. Take the airport train, get off at Jungang Station, turn to the right of Starbucks, take the escalator up, and you're right at the entrance to the hotel! Munich Station is under construction, but it is still the tallest building nearby, so it is visible from anywhere, making it easy to find your way around. It was very convenient as there was a DM on the first floor, two large supermarkets in the basement, and access to all subway and tram lines.Since we were 3 people, we requested an extra bed, but they provided a regular double bed, so we stayed comfortably with three double beds in the room. Even with the extra bed in place, there was no difficulty in living with 3 suitcases unpacked!I'm a bit worried about security because there are a lot of homeless people sitting around the hotel, but I don't think there's anything we can do because the area around Munich Station seems to be generally unsafe. I really recommend it if you want to travel around the area a lot. I want to use it again next time!

The hotel has a great breakfast with a good selection of gluten-free food, such as bread and rolls. Room 1311 has a really nice view. There is a view of the Alps from the stairwell. The service is exceptional and the employees are attentive. Bug at breakfast has been fixed, what more could you want. Room with a well-stocked minibar and very nicely decorated. Great tiles in the wellness bathroom. Next overnight stay on the 12th. Until 10/14/24 the room didn't go so well. Despite our wishes, we had the choice between a noisy street crossing or a room with 2 single beds. The noisy street intersection seemed like the lesser evil - but it makes sleeping through the night impossible. The pillows were very hard today. On Sunday evening there was also a problem with our favorite mocktail, the Ipanema. The problem with this hotel since the last visit is that the ingredients have been changed. You buy a large ginger ale with a little cane sugar and lime juice for 13.40. Passion fruit (juice) is missing. When spoken to, the bartender says that his boss decides that. Since I ordered a normal ginger ale at the same time, both drinks tasted practically identical, namely of ginger. When we looked at the map, it quickly became clear where the problem was. However, neither the bartender nor the receptionist were interested in a solution. Breakfast and tapas menu in Bavarian style were delicious.

Loved Nimna at the bar/restaurant! She was polite, helpful and had a big smile. Nimna checked in on us and filled our glasses from the wine bottle we purchased without asking. Made our first afternoon at the hotel delightful.Maria at the front desk was also delightful and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautiful.
