Since we had damage to our villa, we looked for a hotel nearby. We then stayed in the hotel for three nights. The rooms were clean and the boss is just a gem. However, when you look at his wife, you notice that her mother still flew through Olching with a broom! We wanted to rent the room for a month and the boss said: “I’ll give you a great price”. We wanted to accept this too, but then the boss came and said: “Check out, it's twelve o'clock”. Then I said: “Sorry, we overslept a bit”. “Yes, the cleaning lady is waiting and I have to stay” (probably she had to build a campfire and perform some rituals) Then we went downstairs and she said in an unfriendly voice: “I still get 90€” and my husband said to her : “Can you say that in a friendly way?”, to which she said: “I’ll say it however I want!”. Then my husband tipped ten euros and said: “Buy yourself a little kindness with the rest, that’s right”. And we said to the man that if he needs a good divorce lawyer, he should just let us know 😂😂. Conclusion: not recommended. And if someone from the Men's Protection Association is reading this, please save this man 🙏😁

Disappointing!What do you get for 150 € (1 night)!? A disgusting and dirty room with a non-working toilet smeared with excrement! We arrived in a smelly room without air conditioning (around 28-30 degrees). The soap dispenser was also empty... The walls are dirty! There was definitely no vacuuming as the previous guest's hair tie was on the floor waiting for us. The balcony is also dirty, the floor is sticky! Fully covered in mold in the bathroom. Dirt everywhere! At breakfast they couldn't even say "good morning"... The breakfast was interesting... It was from 8 to 10 o'clock... We deliberately went there at opening time, where 5 slices of salami and a sliced tomato were waiting for us were covered in flies.

Here is a more extensive and detailed negative review:---**Disappointing stay - serious deficiencies and no service at all**Our stay at the Hotel am Krone Park was a bitter disappointment and absolutely not what we had hoped for from a hotel stay. From August 31, 2024 to September 1, 2024, the reception was not staffed during our entire stay, nor was I able to locate any other staff on site. Even at normal times no one was available, which made check-in and check-out extremely impersonal and difficult. No one was there to help with questions or take complaints. A hotel without any staff is absolutely unacceptable for guests.Furthermore, the room did not meet expectations in any way. We were assured over the phone that the single beds could be pushed together to form a double bed - but that was simply not possible. In addition, the room was in a dilapidated condition: the lighting in the bathroom was broken, the wardrobe was poorly repaired with packing tape and in some cases it couldn't even be opened. However, the mold growth on the fittings, joints and walls in the bathroom was particularly bad - this was not only unhygienic, but also dangerous to health. In addition, the shower provided hardly any water pressure when using warm water, which made showering almost impossible, especially after a long day.The promised minibar in the room was completely missing. In addition, the hotel garden was extremely unkempt and full of dangers - several full bottles of hard liquor were left freely accessible to children and other guests. This clearly shows the hotel management's lack of attention to safety and cleanliness.As far as costs go, we were charged significantly higher fees for our dogs than what was stated on the website. Instead of the announced 5 euros per night for large dogs, we were charged unjustifiably higher amounts. The promised packed lunch, which was offered to me instead of breakfast due to my early start to work, was simply not provided - the full price for breakfast was still charged. Another annoyance was that the additional costs that were discussed and agreed upon over the phone and charged to my wife upon check-out were significantly higher than expected.Overall, this stay was a complete disappointment. The serious deficiencies, the lack of promised services and the completely impersonal, almost non-existent service make this hotel absolutely not recommended for me. I really hope the hotel learns from these mistakes, but I definitely won't be returning.

Once and never again. The room was dirty, spiders everywhere in the corners. The minibar was empty and the glasses were dirty. The lights in the bathroom didn't work. The sink faucet was loose and the shower hardly worked at all with hot water. The hygiene bag dispenser was also empty. You couldn't even wash your hair. There was mold on the tiles and it was just disgusting. A closet door wouldn't open at all and the smoke detector on the ceiling was removed. All products in the snack machine cost €3.50. No matter whether alcohol or Duplo. An outrage.

Beautiful hotel - simply good: large clean (family) rooms, delicious breakfast, excellent location just above Munich, very friendly staff. Tip: make sure smokers stay further away from the hotel!

Very well-kept hotel, spacious rooms, friendly and courteous staff. The location is quite good, 6 minutes by car to Lake Oldach and the REWE Center behind the house. I almost forgot, the breakfast buffet is wonderful, there is something for everyone. Personally, I particularly enjoyed the fresh rolls and croissants.

This was my second time there and I made reservations again for fall. Nicely large, clean and quiet rooms. I was thrilled with the balcony. Very friendly staff who are happy to fulfill your wishes.

Based on the navigation system, you wouldn't expect a larger hotel on a small, narrow side street.Advance telephone arrangements were very precise. Very nice lady. We were able to clarify everything over the phone.There are some parking spaces, but they can be a bit scarce. Also a contact point for bikers or those with large vehicles who like to take up several spaces.Keys are deposited as discussed. That works great. Hallways and rooms are quite spacious. An attempt was made to combine modern and old. I think that was somewhat successful.The service is a bit lacking. Beds were not made and garbage was not taught either. Given the price of the room at the moment, it's actually a must.Fridge and save in the room. Lunch possible and ok.Bathroom clean and modern.Carpets could be cleaner (stains)Otherwise well located. There is a huge REWE center right around the corner.Restaurant available, but with simple food.

The hotel was so inhospitable. Because of staying in the cheapest room, they didn't provide any amenities, not even water. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably cold, lacking both air conditioning and functioning heating. There were no facilities, such as a kettle, to prepare hot beverages. I strongly advise not to stay here.

We were there for 2 nights at the beginning of January. The hotel rooms we stayed in were very old. The bathroom had no vent, so the bathroom looked like that, with mold. We had canceled one of the 3 rooms the day before. 80% was still charged. My employee was called shortly after 8 a.m. when he would show up for breakfast! He had until 9 a.m.

As a family with 2 children, we were offered a family room by email, which we also booked. On site we were given a double room with a folding bed. We weren't told anything about it, maybe they thought we wouldn't bring it up. Apparently the boss himself made an incorrect booking. So we had to pay for this room as a family room. Another couple noticed our concern and spoke to us. They've had this room problem before and it seems to be the order of the day. There were hair and cobwebs in the bathroom. Everything in the shower is moldy. Unfortunately, carpeting is not hygienic either. Breakfast was simple but ok.

A great hotel with everything you need. Good connection to the motorway, 15 minutes walk to the Esting S-Bahn.Free parking space in front of the hotel.Spacious, clean rooms. Big bathroom, big shower! No noise at night, quiet location. Cozy breakfast room with winter garden and chilled out terrace. Breakfast is rich, everything is like at home. Scrambled eggs made from real eggs.And the best for last: wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is 100% recommended!
