Simple, very good and friendly. OK. Getting there is a bit difficult by bike. Location in an industrial area, but very quiet. Very clean. What I have never experienced in such a low price range: Extras that you always forget on your trip like shampoo, water...

Excellent atmosphere! The owner, Mr. Werner, takes exceptional care of the well-being of the guests (including children!) and left nothing to be desired. Numerous thoughtful little things made the vacation a dream. Rooms large, clean and tidy, breakfast plentiful and recommended, especially for the children, freshly prepared and delicious.

Spacious and well-kept room, it seems like a new structure. Kind and welcoming staff, always available and never invasive. Parking available in front of the property. Good and varied breakfast with a mix of sweet and savory. The area is not beautiful because it is located in an industrial area but it is still quiet. For breakfast I would have preferred to find the jams in single-portion packs and not in the jars where everyone draws.

I am totally overwhelmed, I have rarely been able to experience such an enchanting atmosphere as here... The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy!!!! Nothing was missing at breakfast, but nothing at all was missing!!! You will be very well looked after. The hostel father, Werner, is a very nice, humorous man who fulfills (almost) all of his guests' wishes!!! I don't think it's a bad thing at all that the bed and breakfast is located in an industrial area... On the contrary! The atmosphere is something very special.... I think everything is very, very good overall and I'm happy to recommend it!!!!!Oh Werner, I'll be back😉It's a promise and a threat.😉😂 See you soon Ramona

Located just outside of Eichstätt, in the middle of the industrial area. The rooms are new and very well maintained and the landlord Werner is a real brand who warmly welcomes every guest. I'd be happy to come back next time I'm traveling through.

When we cycled up the steep mountain and came to the industrial area, we were a bit skeptical...BUT a really nice, cozy, clean apartment awaited us with a large TV and wonderful peace and quiet. The host, Werner, gave us a warm welcome and even drove us down to the town for dinner and picked us up again - extraordinary! A very nice person who takes great care of his guests. We then ate in the nearby pizzeria, which was also absolutely great.In the small courtyard of Bread & Breakfast Preith you can sit together on the wooden seating area next to olive trees and we all had a very restful, quiet night. Breakfast in the morning was also amazing. Different types of fruit (pineapple, melon, strawberries, apple, etc. - all fresh and delicious. We'll be happy to come back!

Very friendly welcome, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Everything is new (even with underfloor heating). Kitchen equipped with everything. Highly recommended.Man feels at home.

Very great accommodation near Eichstätt :) The rooms are nicely furnished and everything is very clean. The hostel manager is incredibly nice and always tries to make every guest feel comfortable. The breakfast is a dream and should definitely be booked. Great value for money and definitely worth a visit :)

I was passing through and was very positively surprised by the B&B Preith! The host Werner is super friendly and takes great care of his guests. If you want, you can end the evening with him with beer or wine.Price/performance is great, everything is very well maintained!

I was really positively surprised by this accommodation. I came from Berlin and really didn't expect much. However, I came across a super nice and helpful host, a clean and modern room as well as nice fellow guests and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking yourself. There was also nothing to complain about in the bathrooms.Really a top choice for the price!
