The building itself is very out of the way and looks more like an American ghetto. Upon entering the building you find yourself in a creepy and dirty hallway with an equally appalling staircase that is both creaky and gross. Finally, getting into the room, you are brought to a disaster of a room. The bathroom is easily the worst part. It's a terrible design, not because of the aesthetic but because of the function. It's easily the most obnoxious bathroom I've ever used. The toilet is nasty and the smell of other toilet rooms comes up and fills the bathroom. The seal on one of the shower doors is missing, leaving water to rush out of the shower and cover the floor, which is lacking a drain for such occasions. The shower doors are also poorly designed because they swing open and you end up smashing the doors against the sink and toilet when trying to get in. It's a very tight space to enter through as well. The bathroom door itself is also poorly designed. It's a sliding door without a lock. It also catches on the floor, making it hard to pull open or close and it destroys the trim at the bottom, leaving wood shavings and a damaged door. While you get the luxury of a fridge and kitchen area that most hotels do not provide, I found that someone tore off the smoke detector and left it in the freezer with batteries still in it.The bedroom is the only thing going for this hotel, with its relatively spacious design and nice windows. However, there is a lack of maintenance or a hotel cleaning crew, which is clearly shown by the fact that there are multiple gross brown stains on bedding, pillows, and even the curtains. The hotel was kind enough to provide Wi-Fi, however, no device was able to connect to it. Six devices were tried, and yet no connection was able to be made. So it's even lacking that basic service.Overall, the hotel room received was poorly maintained, badly designed, and lacked any sort of real comfort. Would recommend only out of desperation.

It's a contactless hotel, so everything runs via online means. The location in the heart of Ingolstadt is excellent. Rooms are OK, sadly the ventilation in the bathroom is automated and runs for at least 20 minutes. If you need to use the toilet at night, make sure you don't plan to continue sleeping within the next 20 minutes or so.

No. The entrance has a very bad stinking smell of fish. Don’t know why. The room is not clean. The worst was however the bathrooms. It has 0 drainage, 0 separation between your room and itself, and the shower cabinet has little to no curvature or drainage. Essentially, whenever you take a shower, your bathwater is just flowing into your room. Catastrophic design.

They really need to do something about the entrance. It stinks like old fish. Does not leave a good impression. The rooms are actually good, but the entrance is such a disaster (dirty, smelly, dark) that I cannot recommend it to my friends and family.Good location, good rooms. If all you care is for a cheap place to sleep, go for it.My suggestion is, either to solve the problem of the entrance, or be direct and honest about it upfront. That way the customers can't be disappointed since they know exactly what to expect.

Great location, nice comfortable room, easy check-in and equipped kitchen. For regular backpackers or travelers nothing more is needed, especially for that reasonable price. Smell on the staircase might be not welcoming but that's what happens when there is a restaurant in the same building. You don't feel it inside your room. Recommended!

This is a hotel without a reception. It is centrally located and is very affordable when compare to other hotels in the area. The entrance and stairway is pretty dull and needed cleaning. However the room was clean bright and comfortable. …

Well, it is a good accommodation, but it was hard until get used to. Firstly, the entrance door and stairs were on constructing when I arrived. I just wondered this was the right place (there is no reception anyway). They should notice us about that. Also the stairs are steep and was hard carrying with luggage. But the construction workers, they are really friendly. They don't know much about there but they try to help us. However, the room is nice. Big room (maybe too big). Kitchen is very useful.

Don't get hung up by the grim entrance, my suspicion is the narrow hall is owned by the same people as the closed shop under renovation. ||The flat I had was modern and clean, big bed, shower room, small kitchen. …

The hallway that leads to the room is so dark and it has such a unpleasant smell , i cant breathe through my nose when I walk through. The dishes in the room in the small kitchen were left partialy dirty-probably by the prevoius guests but still...Otherwise the bad was comfortable and clean, bathroom also, but these other things anoyed me so that I sinmpy couldnt enjoy my stay here
