Price good and location very good.It was a little journey through time (and that also had charm). The Czech restaurant is closed, but the menus still offer fresh herring. Our room had a box spring bed with defective bedside tables combined with non-summarizing pictures, 3 of the 5 bulbs in the ceiling lamp were defective. It was a bit drafty in the breakfast room because the side entrance was open. Breakfast was average. The location is very good, right on the shopping street and the thermal baths. Parking is rather problematic. It was quiet, the mattresses were good and the price was ok. Actually a gem, thoughwould be renovated with love and reasonable effort. So no longer worth three stars.WiFi very weak.

We had an apartment that was filled with bulky furniture. So it's pretty thrown together. The shower didn't really work well, just a shower room and the bed creaked very loudly even though we weren't very heavy. But the location is perfect.

We were at the hotel on 09/12/24 - 09/14/24.The only thing that was good was the location and the staff. What doesn't fit is the price and the performance.317.00 euros for two nights for:Room and bathroom various old traces of dirt.Shower very weak.WiFi very bad.Loud noises from the heating and aggregates at night.TV the size of a laptop, poor choice of programs. The hotel is completely outdated (1950s) Stihl.Elevator, you have to be afraid that it will get stuck.Tangled cables in the room, old furnishings.Shower hardly any water available.Breakfast is manageable - you have to see what you find and the room is terribly cold and totally outdated. The reception is tiny, everything is a bit improvised right after the entrance. The only nice thing is the gentleman who looks after the reception and at the same time makes breakfast, and the location is perfect. For 317.00 euros per night - not really a hotel to recommend.LGR

I traveled alone with a baby for the first time. The entrance, the corridors and the elevator are small, I had trouble getting into my room with a stroller and suitcase. The elevator is so old that you have to open and hold an extra door. The man at the reception just sat there.Apparently he didn't care how I struggled. When I saw my room, I was still happyIt was bright, with a nice view. There was even air conditioning available. When I took a closer look I found some defects. The closet smelled moldy. It looked like it had been water damaged. The door, laminate and floor of the wardrobe had marks and that's what it smelled like. There was hair on the bed, dog hair on the cot.Dust in the corners, especially along the cables.

A highly recommended hotel, unpretentious but very well located, with a very good buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff, they helped us with everything: parking, leaving our suitcases after leaving the room...

Dated but comfortable hotel, in line with others frequented in the same period when visiting the Black Forest. Excellent location, very central and opposite the famous spa. Good breakfast, nice room.Communication with the owner, who does not speak English, was a little difficult. The hotel furnishings are dated and inconsistent with each other, but this can also be an attraction.

We found this hotel on Booking com. The photos were pretty good and the hotel is in the center of the city. There is information on Booking.com that there is a parking space! It's LIE. There is no parking space and you have to pay 20 euros per day. The “Vincenti” car park is 7 minutes away from the hotel. The location is perfect, everything is accessible and that's true. When we came it was too hot and our apartment was on the attic. When we opened a door, a door handle fell down, it was simply broken. My husband repaired it himself 🤦🏻‍♀️The room was dirty. We were told there was Wi-Fi but there was no signal in our room. The air conditioning was also partially broken.I was very surprised and dissatisfied. We'll never come there again.
